after a first plumbing company came to clear a pipe and I was told it could not be done, that we would need to put in a whole new pipe which would entail jack hammering through my kitchen, Channel Plumbing came through and spent the extra time to clear the pipe!! We have had the most annoying toilet issues for the past 8 months. We found out a couple months ago that there are roots in our pipes that keep causing random clogs, making living in a one bathroom house super frustrating. We had another plumbing company assigned to us by our leasing company, and all they did every time was unclog our toilet for a somewhat temporary fix knowing that in a months time, our toilet would be clogged again and we'd be left without a working bathroom for days at at time. Our leasing company recently switched us to Channel Plumbing to get started on the roots problem and just during the first visit, Juan (the sweetest guy ever) took our toilet out of the ground and started ripping out all the roots that were growing under the toilet causing these insane clogs. We are so grateful for the great communication that the company had with us, that Juan was was so communicative about he was doing, and that he was super sweet and he cleaned up after himself! So glad to have switched to Channel Plumbing

I am extremely happy with the job Channel Plumbing just did. We had a kitchen sink grey water line break in a slab foundation and they were able to come out within a 1-2 days (very fast if you've called around trying to get a plumber these days!). Not only did they resolve the issue (very good work) but they were really great at communicating with each other internally and with me. We will be doing a large remodel and I plan to use them again! I highly recommend calling them for whatever you might need.
