Showed up late afternoon at vacation home and when we turned on the water we had a leak in the plumbing that was spewing water everywhere. Called Rick Chaney and he actually answered the phone versus having to leave a voice message. Explained the situation and he assured us he would be there before end of day. He showed up a few hours later and efficiently fixed the problem. Don't let his kind of rough looks deceive you. He's an efficient and honest plumber. Fixed the problem quickly and even dealt with home insurance company over the phone so most of repair cost was covered by our home warranty. Definitely would use him again.
