Friendly and honest plumbers who do the job right and clearly explain the issue without trying to upsell you on unncessary items. I've used them a couple of times and both times they explained the correct and reasonably priced method of resolving the issue without trying to sell me more than what I needed. Great service and I'll use them again.

We had Chandler's install a new HVAC system back in 2002. They're quote was competitive and the tech did fine work except for one mistake. The specs of the HVAC unit called for 3"" diameter intake and venting pipes and they used 4"", likely because the tech didn't have 3"" handy in his van. Sounds minor but no one else in our neighborhood that I can see has these huge ugly white pipes exiting from their home.

I had a shower backup and overflowing toilet. The technician came to fix my problems. He pulled a lot of cleaning wipes. He said he did not need to check the bathroom because he could hear the water flow. A week later, the cleaning lady still complained about the shower water blockage. I had to ask the plumber to come again. I got two invoices this week with two initial visits charges. I was preparing a long argument when I called their office. After they learned my issue, they just zero-out the second bill. One minute phone call. Customer service is so great! Lessons learned: (1) never put cleaning wipes of any kinds in the toilet. (2) always make sure the problem is fixed completely. (3) call the main office if you have questions, they are nice people there to help you. 5 stars overall.

Reached out to get someone to come out and give me an estimate on a mini split system. The tech who came out was personable and nice. I tried to even make his life a little easier by giving him a layout of my property to help with the estimate paperwork. He said he would get back to me in about a week. Unfortunately that was the last I heard from him. Over a month and multiple calls/messages, no response. I was told he just came back from vacation the first time I called. (The receptionist tried to be helpful and I appreciated that. Hence the second star). Since then I left a couple messages and sent emails. No one has called or emailed back. I guess I will need to give my money to someone else.

Chandler's Plumbing is truly great, I've had them come to my house multiple times for various things such as plumbing, heating, and AC. They are so professional and clean, and I have only had positive experiences with them. After using them I don't think that I will go back to any other services!

We have used Chandlers Plumbing and Heating and Electrical services for many of our managed rental homes. They are timely, reliable and most importantly knowledgeable about HVAC issues, plumbing problems and now have an electrical service as another value added. I recommend them for your home. I have a Chandlers service contract for my own home.

I have had Chandler's plumbing come out twice. The first time was a stopped up toilet. The plumber did the job, charged a reasonable amount and I was very satisfied. Had I only rated him he would have gotten 5 stars.

The second plumber came, stayed between 3 and 5 minutes, did not fix the primary item I had called about, the spigot and handles on the sink, and left my sink without handles so it can not be to used to wash hands, brush teeth, or anything else. It was at least usable before he got here. He said he would be back in a day or two with the parts to fix it. I told the office the problem was the handles on the sink when I called. Did they not tell him? He was here Thursday and I can not use my sink until ??? I am not happy with the second service at all! Had I only rated this guy he would have gotten 1 star and possibly a -1 star if there was one.

This is why I am giving Chandler's plumbing 3 stars.

Terrible technicians and corporate service. I hired Chandlers to move the location of the outdoor compressor. The technicians arrived late and took longer than the estimated time for what they said was a straightforward job. When they ran long (beyond 4 hours), they said ""why does it matter, the labor cost is locked into your estimated service price."" More importantly, despite repeated warnings to avoid certain items in the attic, they disturbed areas of pipe wrap that have later been determined to have asbestos. When I called to discuss the situation with supervisors, none were ever available, nor did they return messages. I hired them based on a recommendation from a friend of friend. However, don't work with these guys. Their technicians arrive late, don't listen to homeowner concerns or instructions, and will do whatever they can to avoid taking responsibility for a job not well done. Please keep this recommendation in mind.

We had several jobs done by Chandlers and each time they were on time, professional and did an outstanding job. Had an emergency come up this past week, with all the rain (over 9"" in one day) and our sump pump decided to quiet. We found an inch of water in our basement and called Chandler. Of course, we weren't the only ones with water problems that day and they said they would be able to make it out as soon as possible. They were able to make it on the early end of when they said they would be able to make it. The tech did an outstanding job replacing our sump pump and we were able to get the water down in our French drain. For us Chandler is fantastic, and we will use them in the future.
