I have used Chandler's for plumbing work on numerous, numerous occasions. They are excellent. Period. Full Stop. Scheduling is straight-forward. The techs call before they head out to the house. Work is done efficiently. They clean up afterwards. And, most importantly, people at Chandler's are extremely friendly and professional (Drue especially). Absolutely first class ! !

Chandler's doesn't just do plumbing & heating. I have used them in the past for plumbing, and they did an excellent job.
But they also do bathroom remodeling. They recently remodeled my bathroom and did a fantastic job. They did not rush anything, took their time, did everything exactly right, and were responsive to my questions and requests. Jose, in particular, deserves praise for his excellent work!
I highly recommend them.

We've used Chandler's on a number of occasions over the years and have always enjoyed prompt, friendly, expert service. Appointments are fast and easy to make, technicians arrive on time, work efficiently, and always have the tools and parts on hand to finish the job. The work we've had done include fixing a leaking tub, installing a new toilet, and installing sink faucet cartridges and shut-off valves. With this last job, I was particularly impressed. The shut-off valves were added to 1940s-era pipes and were not leaking when the technician left. A very slow drip developed later from the cold water line from the wall, upstream of where the valves were added. We called Chandler's back and the technician returned and replaced a piece of the old pipe for free, when we were fully prepared to pay for old pipe failing through no fault of his. Also, I've really appreciated the technicians' tips. For instance, when a leaking upstairs tub damaged the drywall in the bathroom below, I was leery of repairing the damaged ceiling, never having repaired ceiling drywall. The tech said not to worry, that it wasn't difficult, and that he could save me some money with a few pointers. Just as promised, thanks to his instructions I made a perfect repair, saving a good bit of money.

I can recommend Chandler's because I had some problems with service and I was totally impressed with the way they responded. This kind of work isn't done by robots and computers -- these guys see everything and like all of us, they probably make some bad calls. But the response is what earns my 5-star rating and loyalty. I didn't doubt that everyone who worked on our plumbing was qualified and doing their best. The management then did their best to get us all straightened out.

Called for an issue with my AC. Technician came was able to make the next day and took a look. I was charged for the time he was there and he diagnosed that I would need a brand new control unit for my AC so in addition to the hundreds for the diagnoses, it would cost several hundred more for the control unit and install.

I then googled the AC unit and found the manual that said to just look at the LED lights to find the issue. There was a yellow light on the AC that indicated the drain was clogged. This light is very obvious and there is a sticker next to it also explaining what it means. So, I called back and they sent another technician to clear the drain (involved turning off the unit unscrewing the condensation pipe on the front then screwing it back on).

My own diagnosis was the actual issue and it took less than 10 minutes to resolve. I was still charged the amount for having someone come out to take a look at the problem. There was also a $20 material charge that seemed to consist of one used deer park water bottle to pour water into the pan to see if it drained.

I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they made a mistake, but it seems like a difficult mistake for a technician to make.
