We had a pipe freeze event after the polar vortex. I had shut off that part of the house when I knew a pipe had burst after thawing the pipes (turning up the room heat). After looking through our past plumbing contractors, we got a reference to Chandler's. After reading their reviews and after getting hourly rates, I select Chandler to come our for the repair.

Sean arrived and within an hour had found a cracked elbow and replaced it. Very polite, efficient. He asked if I wanted a discarded piece of wallboard for paint matching which was a good suggestion.

Chandler's has competitive rates with the industry. In spring, I will ask them to come out and replace the 30 year old shut off valves that were a problem during this freeze.

We've found our plumber! Chandler's is very professional, knowledgeable and we highly recommend them. We recently bought a home and had a jet leak problem in our whirlpool tub. A repair person from another reputable company insisted that the only way to fix the leak was to pull out the entire tub, do the repair and set it back in (very costly). Jimmy came to our home today to give us an estimate but was able to pin point the problem and fix it. He saved us a ton of money and was very honest. Thank you, Chandler's! Count us in as a loyal customer.

Our furnace went out just before Christmas. An emergency call with one company got it going again, but we continued to have intermittent problems and two additional visits from the other company did not seem to be making any progress. At that point, noting the good reviews here on Yelp, we contacted Chandler's

The tech from Chandler's arrived bright and early and did a top to bottom inspection of the furnace. He listened carefully to our recent history, checked a number of items (including the parts that the other company had replaced, concluding that the old parts appeared to be in working order.) He identified two possible problems, but then discussed a game plan and gave us specific instructions for the next time the furnace went out so that he would be able to identify the real problem without a shot-in-the-dark replacement of two expensive components.

We were so impressed by his thorough professionalism that we signed up for a maintenance contract and Chandler's allowed us to put this visit as one of the two annual maintenance visits under the contract.

We are still waiting for the next problem with the furnace, but I am reassured that we have a game plan and are making progress. I was very pleased overall (as was my even-more-discerning better-half) and we would not hesitate to recommend Chandler's!

Chandlers trespassed on our property and vandalized it. Our property manager got estimates from them and another firm for work on the sump pump. We decided to go with the other bid, which was a better solution for us, slightly cheaper, and did not require tearing up our lawn. Chandlers went anyway and performed the work without authorization, digging a trench the full length of our lawn to the street. When we had our property manager complain and ask them to repair the lawn, all they would do was knock $64 off the bill to match the other firm's bid, sticking us with the cost of repairing the lawn, not to mention a less-desirable solution to the sump pump problem. I guess this is what they think of rental properties vs. owner-occupied: ""we'll do whatever we want to your home and there's nothing you can do about it .""

We had a leak in our ceiling and unfortunately hired another company first. This company put numerous holes in our ceiling and after two hours couldn't find the leak.

Chandlers to the rescue! They came out within a couple of hours. It took Brad no more than 20 minutes to locate the problem and immediately begin work. He tried his best to make as few holes as possible and minimize the damage done to the crown molding. He was extremely friendly and talked me through everything he was doing.

Considering the job that was done, I thought it was going to cost a ton of money, but to my delight, the final bill was completely reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend Chandlers. Don't waste your time hiring any other company. Chandlers will do it right the first time, and you'll have confidence in the technicians' ability that he's doing the absolute best job.

I had water seeping up through the floor in my basement and called Chandler's on a Sunday night. A technician took my information and they sent out Brad first thing in the morning. He immediately diagnosed the problem (a clogged floor drain), snaked it, and showed me how to tell if it was backing up and what I should do about it. Super nice guy.

Highly recommended for their speed, communication, and reasonable pricing.

We used Chandler's to address our old, leaking water heater.
Everything was first class -- quick response and quality work.
Additional challenges were no drain in the area and cramped quarters by the HVAC and central vacuum. We were lucky to get the owner and are very satisfied.

I've had Chandler's out for a couple of plumbing fixes. The first time they added me to their work list that same day (it wasn't an emergency) and it was a quick fix. This time I had a couple things that needed checked out. The plumber took care of the problem, was very thorough, friendly, and cleaned up when he was finished.

The property management company managing my condo unit has been using this company for a condensation issue (with my HVAC unit) that has been ongoing for well over a year. The issue has yet to be fixed. This company most recently came out to attempt a fix a few weeks ago and this time blamed the two-week old filter as being the cause of the issue and then charged $168. Since then, the problem with the HVAC unit has gotten worse.

Logically, you can see their recent diagnosis of the filter being the reason the HVAC unit is leaking is wrong. Yet, they charged $168 for this. I do not suggest using this company. Based on my experiences with them, they obviously lack an attention to detail and the expertise to correctly diagnose HVAC issues involving condensation leaking.
