I have used Chandler's Plumbing and HVAC for over thirty years at two different houses I have lived in.
They fixed small problems, like leaking faucets and toilets that wouldn't stop running. They cleared out a wastewater blockage before it became a disgusting disaster. (I had stupidly created the problem by flushing baby wipes).
They have replaced the ancient AC at one house. In the other house, they replaced the furnace and added central air. What they do, they do right.
In thirty years there were only two times problems developed a couple of years after their work. Chandler's resolved them fully and more than fairly.
The office staff is competent and good natured. Everyone they have sent to do work has been on time, courteous, and competent. No one has ever tried to sell me on something extra. When they have recommended businesses in related field, their recommendations have been very good.
I recommend them highly.

I had Chandlers out yesterday to clear a clogged toilet in my basement. The plumber went downstairs to evaluate the problem and then went back to his truck for equipment. He called another plumber who assisted. Despite the fact that my basement has its own entrance and that the equipment apparently contained bright neon blue fluid that was leaking, they carried equipment down my main stairs without covering the carpet, staining my carpet with bright blue fluid, a fact I didn't notice until they were gone. They removed the toilet to complete the job and then reinstalled it. After they left, I discovered the wet neon blue stains and spent the rest of the afternoon trying to remove them. The next morning, I discovered the toilet wasn't reinstalled properly when I sat on it and it suddenly jerked to the side. I called Chandlers and waited a long time to be put through to a manager named Renee. She decided not to take my call and instead let the call go through to voicemail. Chandlers does not care about your home or that you are unhappy. I was charged $500 for this misadventure.

Chandlers emergency after-hours service was prompt and professional. They arrived in less than an hour after calling and quickly diagnosed the problem with our A/C unit and charged a reasonable fee for the level of repair involved. We look forward to continuing to hire their technicians on a routine maintenance schedule.

Chandler's has, to date, installed a new gas boiler, replaced a central air conditioner, a condenser for a second central AC system that was poorly installed and repaired by a different company, and an expansion tank for the gas boiler. All the installations were done at a very competitive price. None of the systems required call backs for adjustments or repairs (the expansion tank failed after 7 years because of a defective liner--definitely not the fault of Chandler's).

Chandler's Plumbing has helped me out a number of times, and twice in the past week for two different services: diagnosing my water shutting off intermittently, and fixing my air conditioner which stopped working during a recent heat wave. They were able to fit me in the day before a holiday. Our HOA has recommended them a number of times, and their experience with our property has been a plus.

I had Chandler's Plumbing come out to repair my toilet which continued to run after flushing. The plumber they sent replaced the flapper. Six months later i had additional problems with the toilet. Chandler's sent out another plumber to add a new handle. I assumed foolishly that there would be no service charge since this was a continuation of the original issue. Chandler however I found out only warranties their work for 30 days. The second plumber was sent out without letting me know that I would be charged another service charge. If the first plumber had fully analyzed the problem I believe he would have figured out that additional work was necessary and a second trip wouldn't have been necessary.

This toilet is less than 3 years old. This is very simple work. Yet Chandler charged me a total $350 total to perform these minor repairs. I will never call on Chandler's in the future. If you want work completed on the first try and want it done at a reasonable price don't call Chandler's. Ill go elsewhere when I need a plumber in the future.

I am overdue to thank Chandler Plumbing and specifically Brandon H for recovering my engagement ring which I had lost down the drain. We are so grateful! I've had it for 24 years and thought it was a goner, but Brandon was able to find it and get it out for us. Fast, efficient, competent and honest! Made my week!

Very much hit and miss. Their techs are usually good for new work, but the younger ones are useless in an old home. there is one tech that we dead, and have gone elsewhere.
