I've used Chandler's Plumbing for various things over the years and have been happy. They have added copper pipe to our kitchen, remodeled a bathroom and repiped another house we had with copper. In some cases things were not 100% correct (swapping hot/cold) but when notified they would come back and fix things or make things right. I also like how they use some sort of tracking software where you receive text messages on location status for the plumber and scheduled times.

He then scheduled me in for the next day, bought all of our necessary fixtures, etc., and had everything completed perfectly, on time and on budget. Very customer service oriented. I was very impressed with Chandlers Plumbing. They arrived between the given window and started work right away. He replaced my Hot and Cold stem valves in my tub, due to water leakage, Chandler explained and showed me the problem before replacing the stems. They were worn and needed to be replaced. He also replaced the knobs. Less than an hour the work was completed. Thank you so much!

I was also impressed with their payment system . I was sent an invoice by email after they left and was able to make payment online.

Was able to schedule to meet our needs. Masks worn and all current health and safety protocols in place.
Sorry our new house is so far away we can't use them for stuff there. We will however use them for the rental houses we have in San Jose when the need arises.

Repaired our water heater quickly and safely and for a low cost! All other competitors were trying to charge much more for repair and recommending a new water heater which would have cost a lot more.

I had them install a hot water tank in 2016. That unit went out this past weekend. I called them and they told me they could not help me. I called someone else who told me that the tank was defective. Called them back this morning only to be told the same thing and be yelled at. When I asked for the manager it was who I was talking with. I called the manufacturer to find out that my warranty was voided because they install a hot water tank not rated for my manufactured home. I have NO satisfaction from this company except that I will be suing them for the damage to my hot water closet, filed a complaint against them for selling and installing a product not rated for my home, and writing this review. I was not pleasant on the phone for I am extremely frustrated and insulted by this person who manages/owns this company. When I said something like ""you treat your customers like this"" the response is that he will not be taken advantage of. I feel taken advantage of. He did offer to come out but after finding out that the unit was NOT under warranty and having the heated discussion with them over the weekend and today I would not trust them.

I called Chandlers Plumbing about a leak under my sink and they came out the next morning to provide a free estimate. Gerardo, with Chandlers, showed up right on time, wearing a mask. He looked under the sink and told me that the garbage disposal had come loose and showed me how to tighten it if it happened again. He was super friendly, and I appreciated his honesty. No charge for coming out. I would definitely use Chandlers again.
