Original call and response were great. He came by and made an appt. for the following day. He called the next day and said he couldn't make our appt. Told him I had to have the work done, he sent some guy and his buddy. They did part of the work ok, putting in 2 45 degree bends on each water supply line. They cut the upright in half and put a clamp on it so we could install the vanity which they did a good job with. The problem came when it was time to finish the job. Called the owner back to explain the issue, totally blew me off. No call back, nothing. Had to pay another plumber $240 to finish the job after I already paid Chandler $195. Would not recommend because they are flaky.

Follow up: The owner called and apologized and they will make it right. It sounds like a mix up and they promised to work hard to not let this happen again. Kudos for the follow up, shows they really do care enough to call.

2nd Follow up: Turns out they are flaky. The owner did not follow through with her promise to make it right. I stand by my first review. There a plenty of plumbing outfits that are much more honest.

The responded to my quote online first, I contacted two other guys, one knew I was a senior citizen and scared me about the cost and not very professional. I like the price quoted by Chandler. I would have given them a higher rating but first they they were delayed about an hour and did not tell me until I called them, secondly the guys did not remove their shoes, I ask them but they said it was clean, we have white carpet. Another problem was I had to give the lead guy $20 to throw the old toilet and I had to throw the boxes and garbage. The price was good but I should have asked them about removing the old toilet and garbage, my fault for assuming. They gave a $ 30 discount so I was ok with this job . Oh, by the way I did not realise they don't cork anymore and the finish did not look good because they put the wax ring on top of they old one and had to press the toilet down but it still was was not flush. With use it will be ok and I did the corking.I would use them again but I will have to clarify things. Good thing, call the customer if you are late, we understand and is good for your business.

Good and clean job! I got a very reasonable quote for water heater installation. I asked them if I can buy my own heater, they agreed and even picked it up at the store, hauled away the old one. Would recommend this service to anyone who wants to replace water heater.

Where to begin? I was pleasantly surprised that Evan was knocking on our door almost two hours before the scheduled time. He quickly assessed the leaking trap situation and applied some putty and silicon tape and Presto! He was done. Also, he took the time to show me a handy, inexpensive gadget that cleans out the goop that accumulates in the trap. Evan was professional and so very polite. I will highly recommend Chandlers Plumbing to our friends,and Chandlers will be the first call for future plumbing jobs. Oh yes...he didn't charge us a dime. Best plumber ever. Thank you, Evan!

Customer service receptionist is kind and easy to work with, but plumber never showed up to scheduled service, nor called to let me know that I shouldn't wait for him. So for a 3-4pm appointment, I began tidying prior to 3, and waited until 4:30, essentially wasting all of my time prior to 5pm when other plumbers begin charging a premium for 'after hours' services. So now I'm waiting until tomorrow, and have to leave this yucky mess overnight... Needless to say I am not in the least bit happy about this.

Would not recommend based on my experience with their bad communication and customer service. Needed a sewer line repair and called for an estimate. They were prompt in answering the phone and sending someone out. Were even great to send an email confirming estimate was scheduled. After inspecting the project, we were told they would email an estimate.

After a phone follow up and an email follow up, I've heard nothing from them for a week. Given lack of communication or follow up, it would appear they aren't interested in doing a $5k+ project.

Overall - Superb plumber

The job was to change the shower cartridge, which caused a minor leakage in the shower. I bought the parts in advance and he fixed it right on the spot. The only slight disappointment was the fact that I wasn't able to use the WEB20 coupon code that I saw on their website. Either way, I'm really satisfied with their service and will highly recommend Evan from Chandler's Plumbing for anyone in need of plumbing service. I will definitely refer them to friends in the future if any plumbing is needed. I did not get a discount for writing this review so you can trust my unbiased opinions.
