We used Chandler to fix a hard-to-access leak. He called to confirm the appointment and was able to find and fix the leak in about an hour. The price was less than half of what the drain-master place had quoted us.

My old water heater refused to provide us with hot water anymore. After calling PG&E to diagnose the issue, the PG&E man said i got to replace it as it is already leaking.

So i called Chandler around 11pm. We setup appointment for him to come over and install a new one. He knows the brand i was using and knows where to get it too. He came around 4pm and finished work promptly. His quote is reasonable and he really knows what he is doing and what the equipment features.

I recommend him for any of you who might need some plumbing/ handyman service.

Once again Yelp steers me in the perfect direction.

I needed a garbage disposal installed.

After leaving a message, Chandler promptly followed up with a extremely reasonable estimate and a range of potential times to meet and get the work done.

The next day Chandler arrived prompt and on time. He worked quickly and professionally and total charges cam in at his exact estimate.

Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend him to a friend in a heartbeat for any plumbing and handyman needs.

I want to first and foremost thank all of you reviewers here for recommending Chandler. After using him to fix my (extremely) clogged kitchen sink, there is no doubt in my mind he has been able to maintain a full five star rating here on Yelp. Not only was he friendly, he showed up right on time (a little bit early, in fact), performed the service as requested, and charged me less than half of what his commercialized competitors would.

I highly recommend that any of you call him for necessary plumbing work (and from what I hear, handyman work as well).

To compare, a competitor I called earlier in the day informed me that he could not make it until 5pm, and an additional ""after 4pm"" charge of $100 would be assessed on top of the service. That amount alone was more than what I paid for even better service from Chandler.

I totally recommend his service.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am to replace my garbage disposal, and he actually showed up 5 minutes early!! Plus, he was quick, neat, and inexpensive (I checked with a few other plumbers and they were going to charge more than double what he did).

I won't hesistate to use him in the future. Excellent experience.

We used Chandler a few months ago to fix a toilet leak. He showed up on time and fixed the problem, and it has stayed fixed. I asked if he could put in a dog door and he said yes, so the next day he returned and installed a dog door. This was harder than it may sound, and I am now glad I didn't try to do this myself.

In both cases we were given a flat and reasonable rate for the job, and then the job was done quickly and professionally. Also both times Chandler brought an assistant (trainee?) so he could concentrate on the main job and have someone else getting a tool or cleaning up. Highly recommended.

I called him late last night regarding a clogged kitchen sink drain and after gathering details from me we quickly made an appointment for him to come in this morning.

He was prompt, fast, professional and cleaned up the work area after he was done.

After reading the good reviews on Chandler Handyman I decided to give him a try for a leaking pipe behind my mom's washing machine.
He was right on time and quickly found the problem. We set another appointment to have it fixed since he would need to buy the parts necessary to make the repair. His quote was extreamly reasonable.
He not only repaired the pipe under the house but also repaired the damaged sheetrock due to the leak behind the washer. I would agree with other reviews he did excellent work, fair price, and all around great customer service.

We just used Chandler's this weekend (5/10) to install a toilet.
He was running 15 minutes late and called us as soon as he knew. That's a huge plus.
He did the job right the first time.
He knew what he was doing. I'm an engineer, and while I didn't want to mess with the job, I know how to do it; and how to tell when someone doesn't.
He cleaned up well afterwards.
We'll be using him again.
