I was assigned Chandler Plumbing by our warranty company on a Wednesday. By Saturday, I still hadn't heard anything from them so I called. The service call had apparently been lost on the desk. I scheduled the plumber to be here Tuesday between 3-5. At 5:15, I called to see if they were coming, got no answer and left a voicemail. I did not receive a return call so I followed up the next day (Wednesday). He apparently forgot and couldn't come until Friday. I was not happy, but decided that I had to do it since it was through a warranty. Minutes after scheduling him to come on Friday, I was notified by my warranty company that he had e-mailed and said his truck was broken and wouldn't be able to make it Friday. It took an entire week to get the run around to decide to go with someone else! I was """"forgotten"""" or """"lost"""" twice in the process. Very poor organization, management and customer service.
