Frank installed a water heater in my home in 2022. Fast forward to 2024 and I list my home and have two separate inspections done. Both inspectors said that the water heater was missing the sediment pipe and that the heater wasn't up to code. I contact Frank who was more interested in telling me how wrong the inspectors were and how it wasn't a code violation (Google says otherwise), and say things how he doesn't want to work for free and asked if I expected him to do work for free... just all very unprofessional behavior. This isn't how you keep returning customers. We agree to split the cost though and i agree to pay $82.
Frank then finds out that I told another party about our conversation and sends me a text that he doesn't know what is expected of him now and that this is a lose lose situation. I ended up finding someone else to do the job, but I would never refer him to anyone with not standing by his work, his word and his unprofessional demeanor.
And for puffing his chest with the ""I'm licensed"" schpiel, he's actually not. Someone else holds the license to Chandler Plumbing. As you stated to me Frank... ""Good Luck""

Our water heater went out on a Friday afternoon when we had house guests coming that day. Chandler Plumbing was out by 10:30 that Saturday morning and came with the new water heater that they recommended. By early that afternoon all seven people in our house were able to have hot showers. He was prompt, easy to communicate with, professional, friendly and his pricing was fair in my mind. I highly recommend Frank McCoy who owns Chandler Plumbing!

Great response excellent work reasonable price. What more can you ask for. Frank contacted me within minutes of initial inquiry with firm quote to replace water pressure regulator. His tech dude ( Garland ) called me the next morning and had the part and was ready to come over soon to do the work. Nice folks, nice work. I called Frank on Friday and he came out on Monday to install new kitchen and RO faucets. My old faucet was so corroded from the AZ hard water. He also installed a shut-off valve on my RO and gave me tips on what to do when changing the RO filters. He hooked my water line up to the refrigerator which the previous plumber was supposed to do but did not. His prices are so much more reasonable than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using Chandler Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs going forward.

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

They showed up a few minutes early, and had my leaking shower fixed within a half of an hour. They charged less than half of what I was quoted by another company!! They explained what should happen, what could happen, and my options. Also very courteous and professional.
