Chan Ho is a professional and ethical person. He installed a new AC for us. We are very happy with the installation; especially he fixed all noises. He is very responsible and always answers the phone calls. We also asked him to come and to fix a wiring issue for the AC which the previous AC guy caused it. He came and fixed it without charging us.

Chan Ho is an excellent man for plumbing heating and air conditioning. I recently had him install a heating and air conditioning system which other air conditioning serviceman could not due at nearly the price he gave me. When a small problem came up (noise) he graciously came back and fixed at no extra charge. Highly recommend Chan.

I noticed water dripping outside my house out of a pipe attached to the wall. We communicated using calls and text messages with pictures which allowed him to get a good sense of the problem that I was having. He immediately identified that the problem is due to a broken water pressure regulator. He was very helpful over the phone and even provided web links to how to videos to see if anything can be done by the owner. At the end, I asked him to replace it since I had no way of setting the proper water pressure. He provided a good price over the phone. He came over promptly and replaced the unit in a short period of time. He is highly knowledgeable and professional. I've used his services a few years ago to replace a water heater and he is still friendly and goes out of his way to help the customers. I will continue to use his services in the future and will recommend him to my friends for their plumbing needs.

I had serious issues with a water heater (missing pressure release, missing pan, bound to wall incorrectly) and HVAC unit (rusting, pipes not secured), as well as some minor plumming issues. I am so delighted Chan Ho and his team addressed everything! When the work was completed, Chan explained everything, including giving tips on what watch out for going forward, and noted anything that might need attention in the future. I was so happy with his work and am delighted he performs annual HVAC service. I would not hesitate to have Chan work on any forthcoming issues.

A very soft spoken , hard working, kind hearted man. Who doesn't try to take advantage of people in their situations. Chan was punctual when it came to our timeline and very helpful when it came to all of our questions. Full new HVAC,Duct,furnace, & plumbing Chan and his crew did it all. Chan & his team did an excellent job replacing my HVAC unit today (in Tarzana, CA). They installed a brand new Goodman 3T 16SEER AC which is working great. Chan has been very responsive, honest, and easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend him to other people. He also provided a fair price for the job which I appreciated.
