Absolutely wonderful gentleman and prompt. I had an emergency this morning and not only did he put everything off schedule for himself but sacrificed own time to take care of my emergency with the main sewer again. Definitely a gentleman to hire for any plumbing job and he will always explain to you what he is doing. I am glad found the regular plumber who is honest and punctual. I just had Chan Ho come out to fix a clogged drain. Again he was great. Charged me 80 bucks and replaced a sink drain trap that his rooter damaged (b/c it was old an old plastic trap), BUT I would have loved it if they left my place cleaner.

I had to spend 30 minutes mopping up water, cleaning a smeared and dirtied floor (from the stinky black drain muck), and wiping down the walls, mirrors, cabinets, and toothbrushes(!) that had been sprayed by the same black stank water as the rooter snake whipped around. For this (even though I still love him), Chan Ho lost a star...

I called Chan Ho on a cold Sat morning since the heater stopped working a couple days prior. He came in the same day without charging to see what the problem is and once he found out he showed it to us and explained the problem. He is very professional, and very reasonable. I'm glad I found him on yelp. In fact he just left and I'm leaving this review to appreciate his work ethics.

My water heater lighter went out and I called Chan Ho plumbing. I ordered the correct part through the manufacturer and had Chan Ho plumbing install. The guy who came didn't seem particularly confident in what he was doing and I helped him in the beginning. He left a mess when he was finished. However the job was done and our hot water is working. It was also the cheapest of 3 places I called so that has to count for something. They did a good job but I probably won't be calling them again.

He replaced my furnace and re-filled the freon in my condenser and did a superb job. He was able to show up with short notice and did really great work. Both Mr. Ho and Daniel were very friendly. They put coverings on any carpet they walked on to make sure they didn't leave tracks and cleaned up everything nicely after the job was complete. I would recommend him to anyone in need of quality, quick work at a fair price. Great service overall!
