We had found a random leak under our sink in the midsts of preparing/cooking dinner. We called Rick in the evening and he immediately sent his partner Han's over to take a look at our kitchen sink/pipes within the hour. Han's was knowledgable, professional and resourceful. He knew immediately where the problem was and worked diligently to fix it. Within an hour, he finished the job and was on his way! Han's even used additional materials to help us reinforce the pipes after fixing it to ensure the problem does not return in the future. We initially thought we had to replace the piping under the sink and it turned out we did not need to. Han's is such an honest person and only charged us the amount necessary for the job despite having gone out of his way to pick up the materials he thought was necessary on the way over. We initially communicated to him through his partner Rick since Han's English is somewhat limited; however, once we found out he spoke Cantonese, it made the entire process even smoother as we could directly connect with him.

We absolutely recommend Han's for your future home repairs/plumbing needs! There are a few repairs around our home we need to take care of that we are most definitely planning to call Han back in the future to help us with.

Han did a great job on several items in our house. He installed a toilet, unclogged slow bathroom sinks, removed old intercoms, patching the wall and did some outdoor painting. He was quick, tidy and did a quality job. The price for the services was reasonable. Hans English language is limited so speaking to his partner Rick is helpful.
