I'm not sure if this company is incompetent or dishonest. I sold my property recently and needed an inspection and service. They sent a technician out who told me that the furnace needed to be replaced. Luckily I had a tenant in the building who installs commercial systems. He brought home a diagnostic device and told me the furnace was fine. I called a residential furnace technician who serviced the furnace and said it was working at peak efficiency. Years ago, when I wanted a sink and toilet put in a laundry room, they quoted $400 and billed me $1100. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, they said they'd call me back. Never did. Finally, when I first bought the property, I signed up for their auto fuel delivery. I thought they were delivering but they weren't and I ran out of oil.

We bought a house that is relatively new, but had been owned by a do-it-yourselfer. The washing machine set up looked a bit like a Frankenstein creation, and smelled a bit too. They did a great job for a reasonable price. The washing machine is much more efficient and the basement smells so much better! I won't hesitate to call them again.
