A few weeks back I contacted champion plumbing. We had a gas smell coming a rental house. They went to the house and found the leaks in the basement on a handful of fittings. They quoted us us 1400 to replace 26 ft of pipe and claimed since they were taking it off to fix the leaks that you should replace it. I asked how much I owed now and he said $600 to find the leak. $300 a side since it was a duplex. this house was originally built in the 50s as a single family home. We opted for a second opinion and contacted a different plumbing company who only charged $150 to find the same leaks which was applied to fixing the leak. Total cost of the repair was $600 including finding the leak and checking both unit of the duplex with a different company. We paid champion since that's what we agreed to. Live and learn. Learn from my mistake. Call around after receiving a quote from champion. You'll save lots of money!

It has been a month since Oscar started a job for me. He has made several promises to finish but he NEVER shows up when he says he will. Now I'm stuck with a dug up floor, and out of $2100.00! Use caution when dealing with this company.

While these people may have been good plumbers in the past, they are no longer reliable. They started to work on a leak in our ceiling, and we thought they were off to a good start. Then they stood us up for the next appointment. We gave them one more chance, and they stood us up AGAIN without so much as a text explaining why or an apology. If you want a reliable plumber, DO NOT USE OSCAR AND HIS STAFF!

Warning. I've known Oscar for five years and he's done a lot of work for me. However, about three months ago he asked for $750 to purchase a water softer for me and then he disappeared. He hasn't installed the water softer nor returned my money or even returned my calls. I hand delivered a note to his house and gave him a week to get me my money back and still nothing. Now I am going to have to file a case in small claims court on him. Best stay away from this guy as he is apparently in trouble of some kind.

Had a pipe break just before Christmas. I called dozen's of plumbers none either had the time or they wanted to charge an arm and leg. Oscar came by within 2 hours of me calling. Fixed the pipe, checked out the washing machine where the pipe broke as well. Reasonable cost. I would use Oscar again. Great service, great time and amazing price!

After previous nightmare experiences with other local plumbers, Champions has proved to be professional, reasonable, honest, prompt, hard working, and willing to go above and beyond to meet customer's needs. 1 charge expensive than other plumbers in this area. Fix only one spot $500 and I will not use his service any more. I am a female and disability.

3. I have underground sprinkler system. He turned it off during fixing the water line but forgot to turn back on.

Oscar at Champions has done work for us on at least 3 separate times. Two of these times were on short notice, when we needed something fixed ASAP. I'm finally getting around to posting a review. For today's job, I called him up on a morning Sunday with a time sensitive job. He was able to get the problem addressed before lunch for a reasonable price.

I will now call them no show plumbing,not even a courtesy call to let me know they would not be coming. I even called and left a message and still no return call. If you do not want the job you should of stated that so I could of found someone else who could do it. Wasted my time and put me behind on finishing my outdoor kitchen.
