I should have checked yelp before dealing with this company. I'm a real estate professional working on a 203k loan for a client. Brian came out quickly, got the quote back within a few days, then 2 weeks later, after not returning the required lender forms, he tells me, he is not licensed in Columbus to pull permits! This is a business transaction, we don't often have the time to hold up a closing.....unprofessional to the max!

A man came out to give us an estimate, looked around, said he would email us an estimate and we never heard from him again. Thumbs down.

Handyman Guys were hired by Lowe's to do a bathroom remodel in our home. Aside from the fact the job was pushed back twice, the crew was completely incompetent. My husband worked in the construction field for almost 10 years and was floored at the sub-par work being done. We hired someone for convenience, but this was the experience was much more exhausting and frustrating than I could have imagined. We were assured the job would take 5-7 days, but we were on day 10 and still no finish in sight when we decided to say no more. On day 3, my husband contacted the company to tell them of his concerns. He was assured he would receive a call from the owner. That call never came. Twice we had workers not show up and, in addition, one day where they could not work due to a personal problem the guy was having (by the way, he did explain it in detail and it was more information than anyone should be sharing with a customer). So, as we are in to week three of what should have been a 5 day remodel, we have a new company making repairs to all of the problems created by the workers at Handyman Guys. Without going in to laundry list of issues (one of which included exposed wiring and insulation), I will tell you I would never recommend anyone hire Handyman Guys to do their work. It was a waste of my time and money.

I called to make an appointment to get an estimate on some work in a home I have in Columbus. I currently live in another state and I'm trying to fix up this home in Columbus to sell. I had an appointment for June 16 at 6 PM. The estimator did not show, I tried calling the office got no answer.

This company sent someone out a field estimator to give us a quote on a
Friday for a bathtub that was leaking into the ceiling of our kitchen, they said they would get us an estimate by Tuesday of the ext week. I called on a Wednesday, and was told they were busy but would try to move our estimate up. Did not hear from them until some time late the next week. In the meantime I called another company and they came out and did the repairs the same day!
