Tuesday while at work I received a phone call from my son,he had just got home from school, he said the basement was flooding and the toilet and bathtub had what looked like dirt bubbling out. I arrived home and saw the mess I spent a few hours that night and most of the next day cleaning up I then called the city and explained the situation they ran a test on the sewer and once again my basement flooded so I called champion services they came and did a line check and fixed the problem the guys were friendly,professional and fast definitely satisfied with the service.

Technician came out to ?see why the pilot light on my furnace kept going out. He got there and said the unit was putting out 3 time the amount of CO2 allowed by the gas company and he had to ""red flag"" aka shut done the unit. From the time I called to the time the unit was replaced was only 48 hours. After reading the reviews I guess I should have gotten a second opinion first.

They showed up & diagnose The old furnace was unrepairable. Scheduled a replacement a few days later & they had a new furnace in the next week! very hard working conditions not a lot of standing room. They got it done. It works great!!

Had them service furnaces at my church. when heat was turned on one did not work. Could never get anyone to call me back. Even stopped at the office at 4:45 pm to see if I could catch someone. Receptionist would not give me managers phone number, called sheriff on me and was quite ignorant and definitely not helpful. Would not recommend this bunch. Customer service leaves much to be desired. I'm 4'11"" and 69 years old and a woman. I made no threats other than if I didn't hear from the manager I would be spreading the word.

i called champion services in Evanston Wyoming for a problem with my Furness. and after they gave me an un itemized estimate for draft induction fan of 1,200 dollars. and a 7,800-dollar estimate to replace my Furness due to some slight rust showing. so, I did some checking and found out a new fan cost less than 200. so, i had it shipped next day an installed it myself the repair took me less than 5 minuets. This company is nothing more than a rip-off place to save your money and call a different company.

Each time, Champion technicians have provided excellent service. The office workers are friendly and helpful. Overall, we have had great experiences with Champion.
