Adjust locks and change weather stripping on 3 doors to o/s house. Accepted bid for work and Mark came on set date and work was done. Within 2 days new weather stripping installed on door from house to garage tore. He came out to ""fix it"". After another two days it tore again. Now Champion says floor panel beneath door has to be replaced and that cost is not covered by original quote. Basically told then no that you did an estimate and you should have known that at the time estimate was prepared. Very disappointing when companies do not honor their estimates and stand behind their work Would not use them again and would NOT recommend them. Other 2 doors are fine and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

So, the owner, Mike ""man baby"" Klimek is saying I've publicly besmirched his technician(s) and his company. You can read my reviews on Yelp (and Google) and it will demonstrate that the only complaint I have ever had is with the office gals. These office gals have now been replaced...so, apparently I wasn't the only customer who had a complaint. In Jan. 2021, I needed batteries for TWO smoke detectors on vaulted ceilings... a quick job...that required a tall ladder. I was jacked around all day... from 8am until 5pm. I was rescheduled all day... with two different techs... and dispatcher Dessi ultimately, at 5pm, said they would not be able to send anyone. Keep in mind, I was willing to pay THEIR PRICE for this teeny tiny job...probably between one hundred and two hundred dollars. I also did not lose my temper with these yentas either. Thankfully, I was able to get a nice young man from Fowler electric to do the job on his way home from work...cost: $40.

We have used Las Vegas Handyman & HVAC services since we moved to Las Vegas over 4 years ago. I want to state that their services have exceeded all expectations. I particularly want to emphasize that Robert, one of their service/maintenance worker is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable in all types of repair work and knows exactly what needs to be done in repairing and replacing all that needs to be done to get things working again. He's been to my home a few times and my husband and I are always very happy to hear when Las Vegas Handyman Company sends him to us! We love your work Robert!

December 27th. Hired to fix a door that was shattered in a burglary. Paid $200.00 AS A DEPOSIT. On scheduled day of service he was a no call no show. Money never refunded. Had to declare fraud and canceled card. Shifty way of doing business.

We requested assistance with our toilets that were running by themselves. A repair man was sent and he replaced the parts in the tank. After the work was done the toilets no longer ran when idle, but we noticed after flushing the toilet was taking very long to refill. When we called the repair man he ignored my message. When we called the company, they stood by the repair man's story that his work is flawless and could not be the issue. The issue had to be a new separate plumbing problem that would require a new trip and new fee for service. We hired a new repair man to come in and inspect the toilets and he was immediately able to diagnose that the parts in the tank were too small and not covering the hole properly which is why it was taking so long to refill. The 1st repair man claimed he was a trained professional with years of experience and his work would not be at fault. Ultimately he was too proud to revisit his work. This company that referred him offered no recourse and we ended up having to pay twice for work that should have been completed properly the first time. We do not recommend.

I am beyond disappointed with this business. Requested someone come out to do a few odd jobs and replace toilet valves in two of our three bathrooms. They go bad after a few years with the hard water here, no big deal to swap them out. No issues with either of the toilets other than the valves were old and not flushing as efficiently as they used to. From the day he replaced them, after every flush, they continue to run for about a minute or longer, once they've refilled. One of them flushes itself twice, somehow. They NEVER did this before. We requested someone come back to troubleshoot but he said it's our pipes. HOW could he even know this?!!! You'd think he might have mentioned it while he was here, if he suspected there was an issue after he replaced the parts. But we had NO issue with running toilets until he ""fixed"" them. And if it were the pipes, then wouldn't the third toilet be running too? Our water bill has gone up slightly. We've called a couple times requesting he come back out. He finally agreed to come back, then canceled saying it's our pipes and to call the water company. Couldn't possibly be shoddy workmanship or cheap parts used... What a joke. Now I get to hire another handyman to fix this. I have no faith he'd honestly try to fix them at this point, even if we could convince him to come back. Spend your money elsewhere, or risk getting screwed like we've been.

I asked a friend to recommend a handyman and she sent me to Las Vegas Handyman. Justin came out and looked at what we needed him to fix in the bathroom, he took pictures and told us what his availability looked like if we approved the estimate. The estimate came the next day as promised and we were able to schedule him to come by 2 days later. He let me know when he was on the way and did very nice work. Will definitely be back in touch for more projects in the future.
