Not happy with their pricing at all. We have a rental unit that had a leak from the fridge water line and although it took them 3 days to come out to tighten one nut! they still charged a $150 "emergency" fee because they deemed it "an active leak that could cause secondary damage." Yet, it still took them 3 days to respond! Ridiculous!

I definitely DO NOT recommend.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Through Fidelity, my home warranty company, this company has been dispatched to my house on three separate occasions. Twice was for AC issues and once for a water heater, every single occasion was a DISASTER. The men that came out were accommodating but were always late, left huge messes and did not have adequate/correct equipment. This last experience was the absolute worse. My AC went out in triple digit heat, they were scheduled to come out on July 1st, 2020 to look at the unit and make their recommendation. Of course they were late not showing till nine that evening. We need a whole new unit, they gave their word the recommendation would be in to Fidelity the next MORNING to assure the process (Fidelity approving the recommendation, ordering the parts and replacing the unit) would happen in a timely manner. The next day (Thursday the 2nd) I waited till two in the afternoon to check with Fidelity, the recommendation had not been submitted as promised. They called Champion and Trophy AC three way with me on the phone, they told assured both Fidelity rep and myself that the recommendation would be done by the end of the day. Already frustrated because they did not do what they said they would and cost me an entire day int he process of fixing my AC in TRIPLE DIGIT HEAT. I took them at their word for the second time and did not bother following up the next day, Friday, because they had assured both Fidelity and I that it would happen... guess what DID NOT HAPPEN!! Monday I followed up to see where in the process we were, Fidelity STILL had not received the recommendation!!! The short version..recommendation was received Tuesday the 7th, almost an entire WEEK after promised. Wrong part was sent by Fidelity (between these two companies, ugh! DUMB and DUMBER!) by the time the correct part was ordered, Tuesday the 14th, Champion told me they could be there SATURDAY the 18th, that was the best they could do. ZERO sense of urgency even though their negligence had cost my family to suffer with NO AC in TRIPLE DIGIT heat. For weeks UNNECESSARILY!! I told their scheduling person secretary that was unacceptable and I needed to speak with someone else, someone who cared about the reputation of this company and could make thing happen. She retorted that was the best they could do and her boss was already gone she would have them call me the following day (Never happened) I will admit that I went "Karen" on her at the same time assuring her it was not a personal attack but the amount of frustration at this point was EPIC and the fact that this company showed NO urgency or accountability was mind blowing!!! Instead of a call from anyone with any culpability in the Champion and Trophy AC and Plumbing or its reputation, they called Fidelity and cancelled the contract stating we were unhinged. Again....MIND BLOWN!! I have no idea, looking at other reviews, how this company is still in business. If we ran our business like this we would not be. WORST costumer service EVER!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

When I called, I got a 2-hr window for an ETA. They arrived a few minutes into that window. They repaired and/or replaced three things, one in the front yard and two in my house. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I found out they also repair central heating and air conditioning. I will call them if either goes out.

The worst. So many issues. But lets name a few:
I informed them I needed repairs done on a Monday since that and Sunday was my day off. It took a full week to report my needed hvac repairs to my warranty company. I had called them 2 times during the week trying to get them to engage. They said they would check on it and call me back. They never did. After a week on my day off i tried to call over 10 times and they don't answer or return voice messages. I finally got them to get organized through many frustrating attempts. I even asked for the manager or owner to call me and they did not. They scheduled an appointment on sunday. They no called and no showed me on Sunday. Then on Monday they tried to say they can get to me on Tuesday. Wtf.. I finally got them to bump someone else and schedule me. 12 to 4pm. The guy showed up at 320pm. Had the wrong part and was gone for over 2 1/2 hours before contacting me to say he had to change vans and saying he is another 40 minutes out. It's 630pm, dark outside and skeptical this will be the end of the saga.
Disorganized, does not answer phones or call back, does not care about others availabilty or time. And worst of all, they do not communicate at all. Stay away.

Red ALERT. !!!CAUTION DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I Still need gas control Change out or a new water heater PRV valve.
Work order says "or" so they don't even know what it needs. I paid a service call fee. I've made numerous calls only to be told I would be contacted and I never do. It just can't be this hard to get pricing and have them come finish the job.
This is a network with a dispatcher so when you call it goes out to whatever technician is available. So they have ZERO control of what happens after the initial call. Bad experience, bad customer service, bad follow up. Can't attest to quality of repair since I can't get them back out to finish the job or even get a quote for the repair! Who
does that? Champion Plumbing does.
No HOT WATER for 5 days and counting!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Champion's customer service is awful. I live in a rural area where it is difficult for service technicians to get parts from their supply houses easily. It is also 40 miles from my home to my office. I scheduled an appointment with Champion and took the day off from work so that I could meet their service technician. Also, recognizing the problem with getting out to my place, determining what parts are needed, having to return to town to get the part and return to my place to fix the problem, I sent detailed photographs of the problem part to Champion so that the technician could arrive with the part. Champion sent me an email acknowledging that they received the photographs. The technician arrived about 3 hours late without the part! Champion did call and say he was having problem with his vehicle. Dispatch never sent the photographs to the technician.

When the technician arrived, he called the supply house and they had the part in stock, and he left saying that he would get the part and try to make it back out that day. When he didn't arrive by 4:30 PM I called Champion and asked where he was. I was told that he wasn't going to make it but that I had been re-scheduled for Saturday between 10:00 and noon, which was acceptable to me. When the technician didn't arrive by 11:00 AM on Saturday, I called Champion and asked about the status. I was told that I was still scheduled between 10:00 AM and noon, and the dispatcher said that she was trying to contact the technician for an update. I asked the dispatcher to call me back with the status. I never heard from her again, and it is 7:22 PM on Saturday evening and I have been home all day and have not seen the service technician. I would not call these people again!

We were connected to Champion Plumbing through our home warranty company. They set up two appointments with us and no showed both of them, even after we called and confirmed that they were coming. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. We asked to be switched to another provider as we had to miss work and leave work early to be at our home for the two appointments and they never showed up or called to reschedule.

Edit: 9/27/16 at 9:17pm Just received a call from a technician that they are coming out now.

I would give zero stars if I could. Had an appointment between 1-3, I called because they never showed and was told they would definitely be here between 5-7 and not only did they not show, they never called to let us know. And, this was on a Friday! So Unprofessional.

This company was assigned to me through my home warranty company, Old Republic Home Protection (ORHP), like the other one-star reviewer.

Hector came on time, and was very friendly. He checked out my lack of hot water, and went to my water heater. He turned up the thermostat to 125*F, then bounced! He was like,"things should be good now!" I seriously thought he would stick around awhile to make sure that made a difference, because it didn't.

A week later, Hector still hasn't entered a report on the work he did, so that my warranty company can know what to do next. I've called ORHP twice about this matter, and had them switch me to another plumbing company on the third try. It shouldn't be that difficult to write "I turned up the water temp." Didn't take me a week to write that just now. Come on! I only want hot water. Do your job.
