Very expensive and careless service. Their technician removed a water filtration system from underneath the sink. It took maybe 30 minutes and I was charged over $200. I asked if he could put an inexpensive hand held shower head on my bathtub faucet. He did this in around 10 minutes and charged me $174. He was at my house less than an hour and I had a bill of almost $400. To make matters worse the technician forgot to reconnect my water to the dishwasher when he removed the water filtration system so my dishwasher didn't work over the weekend. I had out of town guests so I spent my time washing dishes. I kept running and running the dishwasher and the dishes were still dirty until I realized there was no water coming through. It is just luck that the dishwasher was not burned out. It had black gunk in the bottom and the technician said they would get someone to clean it out , but I never heard from them again.

We have used Champion Plumbing a couple of times now and both times have been totally satisfied. This was a little more complex and we had to have some pipe dug up and replaced from the water meter to the house. They got it done quicker than was estimated and made sure everything was working properly. Both times David has come out and I can say he is a down to earth guy which I like very much. His crew he brought out today were also very polite and nice and did a great job. His prices are very reasonable and he doesn't add on things that are not necessary. We have used Champion Plumbing a couple times now and I have felt great about using them. We had our water heater replaced within a day after it started leaking. We then needed our kitchen sink and faucet replaced and they came out within a couple days of requesting an appt. We have used David both times and it has been a pleasure to work with him. He is personable as well as let us know issues that could arise with install and when to call them again. He cleaned up after himself and took all of the garbage with him which was a plus in my book! All around, I will only use Champion Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Our hot water heater stopped working properly when it was -10 to -20 degrees out with the wind chill around Christmas this year and we were thankfully able to get ahold of Champion when no other plumbers would take our call since everyone was too busy. They were set to see us later in the day and they were able to come several hours early, promptly fixed the issue, and gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again. Their prices were very good too (much cheaper than some others) and their customer service was top notch. We would definitely recommend them and will definitely call them again when we have a plumbing issue.

Champion responded promptly to a request to check out a gas leak at my daughters house. They checked everything out very professionally and when no leak was found (it turned out to be a skunk) they charged a very reasonable $39 service call charge. Altogether an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were absolutely fabulous. They were honest, told me my hot water was at the age it was supposed to be replaced, but that it was working fine and I could just keep an eye on it. I opted to replace, they did the work that day and the price was very reasonable. They were neat and clean and I couldn't have asked for better service. They will be the first plumber I recommend or call in the future.
