I had a problem with a rental property while I was out of town. I called Champion Plumbing and talked with John about the situation. He went out himself with in a very short time and made the repair. His price was fair and now he's the only plumber I will ever call. I would recommend them to anyone!

I visited my daughter and son in law in Spring Tx last month, and before I went I called John at Champion Plumbing to see if he would give me an estimate to fix a water heater. They are struggling with finances at the moment and have no running car, so we just needed to get an estimate so that they could put it on the list of things to do. John said that was fine, and the day he was coming, he got tied up at another job, so sent Shawn, who was very nice, but was not aware of the circumstances. He gave us an estimate, and ordered the part for the water heater that was under warranty, and had it go to their business - not knowing that we would not be able to do the work right away. So when the part came, I knew that it would be awhile before the work could be done, and was afraid it would be lost before they could afford to fix it. In the meantime, I was back home in California and they had no way to get the part. John was so nice, and drove it out to them!! It was far beyond the call of duty, and it was SO much appreciated. At least they will have the part available and ready when they can finish the work. Thank you so much for being flexible and so nice. It was much appreciated, and we would recommend you again in a quick second!!!

I called John for an emergency ceiling leak at 10:00pm. He came out to my home within 30 minutes and fixed the problem in under an hour. He was extremely kind and effective. So relieved we got the right man for the job! Price was extremely fair.

This company went beyond the call of duty; working in the rain. Had an outside leak in yard. Shawn and Jason worked found the problem right away. They were on time,efficient, and communicated through entire process. Definitely more reasonable in price than other plumbing companies.

I noticed a leak at the bottom of the bedroom wall on a Saturday evening. The repairman appeared 30 minutes after calling Commode wax ring needed be be reset but we weren't sure if that was the total problem. Water was left on over the weekend. I placed two fans on the area to dry it out. 3 guys returned on Monday to further investigate the problem. They used a camera to look into the area but there was no definite conclusion. Ended up cutting a hole in the sheetrock to make sure. Everything was dry so no further work was needed.

Just horrible! I called about having my bathtub drain stoppers replaced with those that do not require an allen wrench or screw driver to open. I also asked to have my water heater inspected and drained. (After a 1 second review, he concluded my water heater was great.) This plumber had no idea of the various styles of bathtub drain stoppers available, forcing me to go on to the internet to show him which types did not require a tool to open. He suggested the only drain stopper he could recommend was those white rubber stoppers you find in 1930s homes. Owing to his insecurity over his lack of knowledge and experience, he grew defensive and rude telling me I was aggresive (meaning, I was daring to ask him questions). After claiming he may have to knock out a wall to replace the drain stopper and that he may have to get a snake to remove the hair from one of the bathtub drain wells (which was absolutely not necesary), I asked him to leave. The owner, John, defended this horrible behavior and lack of experience of his technician.

I called around trying to get a utility sink installed and it took me a while before i found Champion Plumbing. People before them either didn't get back to us in a timely matter or were too expensive or even too cheap. These guys from the moment I called were above my expectations. Quick and reasonably priced estimates (very sincere and straightforward with what needed to be done), calls/texts letting you know where and who is doing the work, completed the whole project in a day, unlike some that claimed it would take days. Will absolutely keep you in mind if any other plumbing needs arise. Thank You!!!
