Just horrible! I called about having my bathtub drain stoppers replaced with those that do not require an allen wrench or screw driver to open. I also asked to have my water heater inspected and drained. (After a 1 second review, he concluded my water heater was great.) This plumber had no idea of the various styles of bathtub drain stoppers available, forcing me to go on to the internet to show him which types did not require a tool to open. He suggested the only drain stopper he could recommend was those white rubber stoppers you find in 1930s homes. Owing to his insecurity over his lack of knowledge and experience, he grew defensive and rude telling me I was aggresive (meaning, I was daring to ask him questions). After claiming he may have to knock out a wall to replace the drain stopper and that he may have to get a snake to remove the hair from one of the bathtub drain wells (which was absolutely not necesary), I asked him to leave. The owner, John, defended this horrible behavior and lack of experience of his technician.

I called around trying to get a utility sink installed and it took me a while before i found Champion Plumbing. People before them either didn't get back to us in a timely matter or were too expensive or even too cheap. These guys from the moment I called were above my expectations. Quick and reasonably priced estimates (very sincere and straightforward with what needed to be done), calls/texts letting you know where and who is doing the work, completed the whole project in a day, unlike some that claimed it would take days. Excellent work. John the owner came out & performed the work himself. We had a fire loss that destroyed the water heater. John was able to replace the water heater & save us money by using the same vents since they weren't completely damaged. We received a notification that we were scheduled, when he was on his way, & when he completed the service. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Champion Plumbing Services did a phenomenal job for us. I submitted a request for a quote and he got back to me very quickly. They were booked up for the day so I made an appointment for the following day. Later, John called me and stated that they'd had a cancellation and could respond that day. Excellent quality work done--A+! We called Champion Plumbing for an Attic water leak,and John was able to give us the earliest schedule he can come to fix the issue. We described the issue in details with him over the phone, and he gave us helpful tips while waiting for our actual schedule day-- everything that he said was the perfect solution! Moving forward to the scheduled day....John was able to diagnosed the issue fast, and explained the whole process to us. He is straightforward and was so clear, and precise in his explanation where we understood it from the beginning till the end-- that's how good he is! I had a leak from the shower head. They gave me a good value quote compared to others that even close to doubled so do compare prices. They did a great job, professional, had shoe plastic covers when coming into the house. They repaired it fast and did it right. They give 1 year warranty for it which is fantastic. I highly recommend and would use them again. Thank you
