STAY AWAY FROM CHAMPION PLUMBING!!!!! I had a terrible experience with this company. I initially contacted them to clear a sewer line clog on a Sunday which they did and with a 30 day warranty included. Within a day the line was clogged again. I called and they said the technician and camera would be out on Tuesday, but they did not show up. In the mean time my line is backed up. I called again and they said they would be out Wednesday, but they did not show up. I called and they said they would be out Thursday, they showed up and told me I needed clean outs before anything could be done which would cost me $3000. I did not agree to pay and spent the weekend waiting for them to come snake the line again since it was part of my warranty but no show. They finally came on a Monday and agreed on $1600 to install clean outs. When they reached my sewer line they said they could not install it on Orangeburg piping and that it would cost me $5000 to replace 30ft of main sewer line. I mentioned that I wanted to look around for other quotes but they said my 50% deposit for the clean outs installation I had agreed on would be lost. That would mean I would be paying $800 for a hole they made and the hole they punctured on my sewer line pipe. They agreed to do the job for $4000 without giving me much of a choice. Once everything was installed they left my yard looking terrible with mountains of landscaping rock mixed with dirt everywhere. The job was finished at 1 am and the technicians said that if I did not pay them on that moment that they would not get payed, but that they promised to comeback and fixe the yard since it was part of the deal. I payed and of course they never came back. My advice to you is PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!! This company is not to be trusted!!!! Why take the risk with these guys when you know what they are capable of!!!

After a very unprofessional initial contact with the Office Manager to schedule an appointment, I still went with the company to find and clear a blockage in my bathroom. Although they say they have cameras on every job, they did not and had to come back the next day. Upon determining the blockage, the owner strongly encouraged me to file an insurance claim and called out a restoration company. Jason the owner and the owner of the restoration company assured me it would be an easy process and I'd get back all of the money paid to Champion with the exception of about $300. The blockage was removed, a cleanout that I did not ask for was installed for $2,300. Two weeks later, the insurance company had not received an invoice from the plumbing company (I had a copy that I provided the insurance), but had determined less than half of what I paid would be reimbursed. I contacted the owner who appeared shocked the insurance had made a determination without his invoice sent. I was more shocked that after 2 weeks he had not sent his invoice. He did send the invoice to the insurance company, (the same invoice I had provided). The insurance reiterated that they appropriate amount had been paid.
I never heard from the plumbing company again.
This company is an insurance scammer, stay away!

Had a blockage in my rental property. Michael came out the same day, found all the issues, and fixed the clog in the main line. I definitely will recommend them to anybody who is looking for a good reliable plumbing company. Thanks so much!

The worst. This company came out to clear a clogged pipe and after telling me it could not be snaked to clear the clog and I would have to spend $4100 so they could cut and remove a section of my bathroom wall, jackhammer up my tile floor and remove dirt surrounding the pipe to gain access to the clog under the slab of my home. They would then replace about 5 feet of cast iron pipe to fix the problem. I then called a 2nd company for a 2nd opinion and they snaked the line with no problem AND fixed the damage that Champion had already caused by cutting the pipe and dismantling by bathroom plumbing. The final cost with the new company was a total of $279.00. The new company said they were actually embarrassed that a plumbing company in the valley was so dishonest. Champion is horrible and should be ashamed of the way they are doing business and taking advantage of elderly.

Above and Beyond!!

Andrew and his crew came out after a recommendation from a neighbor who had trouble with her sewer pipes in our 1950s built neighborhood. We we re-doing the landscaping in our backyard and didn't want to wait until a problem occurred that required digging up the old lines. We were in a time crunch since the landscape crew had deadlines, but Andrew and crew worked around it. While the landscape folks took the weekend off, Andrew and his partner worked tirelessly all weekend to keep our yard project moving. We even had a house guest that prevented completion of all the work. They easily rescheduled that portion of the work for a later time, and actually showed up the day they said that they would do it!!! BEYOND THAT, we had to do some digging later in the yard project; Andrew came same day when I asked him to mark out the sewer lines for the landscape workers to avoid. Unbelievable!! Having worked with many service folks over the years, the professionalism and responsiveness received from Andrew and Champion plumbing are second to none! These guys will do what it takes to make it right for you!!

Came on time; polite, went right to the problem and fixed it. They have a guarantee and offer free camera service to help with diagnostics. They even took the time to look at a problem that was other than what we called for. Andrew and Tyler were wonderful and efficient.

The BEST experience ever! We had a sudden leak IN THE WALL and Jason was here in what seemed like moments! He and his crew (David especially) spent ""whatever it takes"" to stop the leak and repair the pipe; then ""as long as they were here"" I asked if they could change all the faucets (one had been dripping for quite some time) . They could, they did. House is ""renewed"" and I cannot say enough about the care they took in our home; the appropriate guidance they continuously gave as to what would be best for the house. We took up way too much of their time and they always treated us with respect. David ""talked"" me down from fear several times, and was a great listener when I asked if ""something"" out of the scope could also be done. I highly recommend Champion Plumbing for any size/age of house; these guys KNOW what they're doing!!
