Way over priced- $370 to replace toilet wax ring + replace fill tube!??You pay $ 89 for diagnosis then they add the parts & labor which they don't tell you when they set an appointment & they don't tell you about $25 bonus coupon fir new customer, gotta hunt that on their website pages. One could buy a new commode & tank kit for 1/2 this price! Then they play a shell game that $89 is included in cost , and if you don't get work done they keep $89 OR maybe they can get you a 10% reduction of cost or maybe include fee to cost of work.... but they bump up charges that seem to include $89 ""diagnosis fee"" . It's a nickel & dime game to see how much they can get out of you before you just say, ""OK, WHATEVER! I didn't coz I found a local plumber who did it all for & $150 & even with losing Champion's $89 fee , I'm $100 ahead of Champion's charges.
There are other honest longtime plumbers, even next door to Champion, that have served MWC for more than 50 yrs. Don't waste your time paying extra, but not for the work but for the fleet of shiny vans driven by unprofessional employees. This is how corporate America is shutting out local competition.
Not in my neighborhood!
