I am SO thankful for Eric and Champion! My AC broke, in perfect timing, on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend during an unprecedented heat wave. I called the local big companies and they both had voice messages saying they wouldn't open until Tuesday. I called two other smaller companies and got no answer. I was distraught and by late morning, my house was 85* and rising. Eric answered at Champion and gave me several options and answered my questions (worst case scenario, how long would each option actually take, what if I did less now, what if I did more now, etc). He said it would be an extra charge for him to come today but no charge on Labor Day, so I made an appt for the next day without any holiday charge. Then ten seconds later I called him back and said I changed my mind and wanted to pay the holiday charge. I was glad to pay $285 for him to come out immediately, just on the chance that he could fix it soon.

Eric was there within 30 min and was very honest with me about all of my options and the possible outcomes of each. (Frankly, I am frustrated with the typical wincing repair guy who has to break it to me that I need to spend another several hundred dollars on my credit card than he originally thought--to me, that's nothing but bossy manipulation.) I decided to have him replace just the spent motor and add a canister of that capacitor thing (I'm sure I'm misspeaking here), and the grand total, even with the holiday fee I was happy to pay, was a fraction of a new unit. It was up and running again in an hour, and I was so happy. Eric said his family valued long-term customer relationships and I can confidently say that that is precisely my plan.

HORRIBLE! Did not complete the service, aggressively tried to get me to purchase a part that- by his own admission was working, but not to ""manufacture standard,"" and when I stated I just wanted the cleaning and inspection as I'd ordered he said ""you are not going to like my report."" A job he told me prior to arrival would take an hour, took him less than 20 minutes. He did not ""clean"" my furnace as I purchased. He sprayed Lysol in the bottom - wiped the bottom (all while angrily telling me that I will be charged more if he has to come back), closed it up and left. No carbon dioxide testing, no filter change and certainly no cleaning was done. HORRIBLE customer service. He has similar complaints on him with the BBB, so he obviously runs his operation on less than acceptable customer service standards. He seemed very bitter that I purchased the service through Groupon, as he rudely interrupted me about it and wrote it three times on my invoice. I have family in HVAC and both family and friends that work in careers that bring business to these types of business (ie residential home builders, and real estate). I was even given contacts to call, however it was only because of the Groupon deal that I went to this company. Now I will make sure everyone knows what this company is about.

I called Leo back in November of 2019 to give me an estimate for reducting my entire house and move my AC condenser, and thermostat. His estimate was fair enough that I didn't even bother to call around and get other quotes. I called back on 2/13/2020 to set up the work, Leo and his sons came out that day to do a walk through and get a materials list, and said they would be here 0900 on Monday. I can say that it was money well spent! The crew was here at 0900 2/17/2020, as promised. Their attention to detail, and cleanliness of their work is hard to find anymore. Not only are we pleased with the AC work they did, Eric, Leo's son even did a full maintenance on the condenser, which we didn't even discuss, but he did that at no charge, and even added a few items to really super charge the whole AC system. We also got a quote for a tankless water heater, which we will be using Champion to install as well. After they cleaned up all their work for the day, ( which was really minimal )they went down the road and gave my mother in law a quote for some much needed AC repair as well, at no charge. Look no further for your AC, plumbing, and heating people! Champion is the best around. I'll never use any other company from here on out, this family owned and operated company is top notch

My heating went out in the middle of the last big storm when we saw the snow level drop at 2,000 ft. above sea level. I originally called out Burgeson's Air Heating and Air Conditioning. They said my coils were burned out and it needed a new unit. Burgeson's quoted me at approximately $16,000.00 to replace my old unit. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I could not afford Burgeson's price. I was referred to Champion Heating, Plumbing, and Air Conditioning. The owner of Champion Leo Cordero came out to personally assess the job. Champion gave me a great quote and warranty. Champion completed the job of installing a new unit, ducting, and high quality air vents with thermostat with pure professionalism. Needless to say, my new unit had me nice and warm without wearing extra garments in the house. Great job to Leo and his crew at Champion!

One of the plumbers noticed that my faucets were loose and even fixed the faucet. If they see a need they will make sure that the job is perfect.

Quality materials -
Sometimes contractors will go with the cheapest material to save a buck. Not champion plumbing, they went with high grade materials .

Sometimes people take shortcuts to save time. Not Leo and his team. They mad sure every connection, every modification, every necessary task is done to perfection
