I highly recommend. I've had a lot of experience with Champion plumbing in last couple of weeks as I have experienced three unrelated plumbing emergencies in less than two weeks.

1- had a faucet that would not turn off and the shut off valves were stuck. Champion plumber Jason came out promptly and on time. Replaced faucet and valves. I thought it was pricey but owner Gus took the time to explain quality of parts and warranty and pricing policies.

2- I had backup in main drain, causing lots of problems- champion plumbing came out first thing next morning. Plumber Jason came and owner Gus stopped by - that was just this morning but seems like week ago. I still don't know how this back up happened but Jason brought some high powered equipment to clear it out. Gus and Jason spent time explaining things to me, which I really appreciated. He also put a camera down the line and again explained things to me and showed me some videos.

3- shortly after jason departed, oh my goodness - another unrelated problem developed. Water wasn't draining from utility sink and then the drain pipe BROKE! Can you believe it. Wow - I contacted Gus, the owner- he asked for a photo and we talked about different options for scheduling and he sent Jason to me that night! So Jason shows up again. He started the day with me first thing in morning and ended his day shortly before 9 pm at my house.

This is not my week for plumbing. I'm almost afraid to turn on a faucet. But I'm guessing I'll be good, hopefully for a while - fingers crossed.

But if I do develop another problem, I'll turn to Champion again. They're really reliable and respectful and willing to engage with you and explain things.

I like the owner Gus and Jason. They are my go-to plumbers now!

We had a great experience with Champion when they fixed our emergency leak situation within a couple hours. Gus the owner was friendly, quick to respond, arrived on time, had the parts needed, wore a mask, did the fix quickly, left everything clean, and charged exactly what he quoted over the phone. Hopefully we won't have another urgent problem but if we do we'll definitely call Gus again.

My water heater started leaking and I needed to find a plumber who could do the repair and provide the documentation requested by my insurance company. One plumber came to do the repair and was not understanding the need for the insurance documentation. They wasted a whole day trying to locate a new water heater. Thankfully, even at the end of the business day, Gus answered my call and dispatched Jason to replace the water heater that same evening. These guys are very professional, the work quality and speed is excellent and I highly recommend their service.

Wow. I called Gus for an emergency repair at a rental property. He arrived within two hours of me contacting him, but my tenant who was supposed to be home wasn't there. He was very gracious and offered to come back the next day at no charge. Great service!

It's not often I write a beyond glowing review about my experience with a plumbing company as we've had more than our share of disastrous encounters but Gus and his crew went so far beyond the call of duty in replacing our water heater that they are now our go to company for all plumbing issues. From the beginning Gus, the owner, was extraordinarily patient as I bombarded him with what were surely an annoying barrage of technical questions regarding water heaters and what might work best for our family. Gus' insight was extremely valuable and he recommended the most cost effective solution despite ample opportunity to push more expensive models. More importantly, he accommodated our request to use a different, larger BTU unit than he recommended and even offered us the same price as his other smaller recommendation. Our excellent experience carried over to the day of installation when they discovered a large dent in the water heater. They immediately took ownership over the issue, going so far as to drive to several far away locations to obtain replacements. I say replacements (plural) because they actually had to go to multiple locations as they discovered dents in other units as well. Despite the setbacks Gus and his crew were extraordinarily positive, issued no complaints, and quite frankly were a lot of fun to talk to and work with. They went to the ends of the earth to make sure we didn't have to go a night without hot water and for that we are immensely grateful. I am certain, based on past experience, not all companies would have gone to those lengths. Book these guys with confidence, they're awesome.
