Champion to the rescue! Jerry Melendez is a superhero with an invisible cape! He fixed the shower in my 72 year-old house. It was a big job! He had to go through drywall, cut and remove pipes (replace with copper) and install a metal plate on the tile shower wall. The work was done to perfection, and in my world, was nothing short of a miracle! Jerry is professional, efficient and knows his trade! Naturally, when my upright garden faucet sprung a leak underground, Jerry was able to fix it! His upbeat nature made it a pleasure to have him work here! I am so grateful to have found a reliable, honest plumber---a great reflection of Champion Plumbing!

Wow! Finally a plumbing company that shows up on time, with competitive pricing. I have used several plumbing company for our dealerships, none gave the professional service that Jerry Melendez provides. What a hard worker who knows his trade. From now I'm only using this Champion plumbing

Our plumbing back up and after trying for a while I couldn't make any progress. It was the Fourth of July and didn't think I would be able to find anyone to do the job. After calling and explaining the situation they sent out someone to take care of it. It took the guy 15 minutes to fix the issue. The cost was incredibly reasonable, especially for it being a holiday.

Replaced a portion of our main sewage drain line quickly and for a reasonable price. They were professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I have used Champion many times at properties that I manage. All the techs know what they are doing, are professional, and go out of their way to service us - Scott and Tim came up with a solution to supply 8 homes with water when that building's main water had to be shut-off overnight during a heat-wave and shelter-in-place! Awesome to work with!

Giving feedback on my interaction with this company in the time of COVID-19:
We're all supposed to be sheltering in place right now and the only reason I'm letting someone into my home is to see to the fact that I have mold growing on a wall where previous plumbing work had been done.
I get a call from Scott indicating he is outside, so I put on my face mask. I also ask him if he is wearing a face mask, and he says no. I offer one, but am flustered by this cavalier response and am unable to locate any of my extra masks, so I ask him to use his own. He says he has to go back to his car to get one, which I ask him to do. What I want to know is why he was planning to enter into a client's home without a facemask during this time? Is this Champion Plumbing's standard operating procedure during Shelter-in-Place, despite the Santa Clara County May 22 order requiring all individuals to wear face coverings when at business, whether you are an employee or customer? Not cool.
I ask him to come back when he has a mask, which he does 5 minutes later, at which point I ask him to take off his boots before entering my home because I do not wear shoes in my home. He says his insurance does not allow him to go without toe coverings. I ask him if he has shoe coverings then, since this is Cupertino and should be a fairly standard request by clients in this area. I have worked with many vendors before, including Comcast cable technicians, fire alarm inspectors, plumbers, contractors, and they always bring these with them. He says he needs to go back to his car to get them... And this is pretty much how the interaction goes, with what feels like a cavalier attitude towards safety and a lack of professionalism. I let him in because at this point, he is 25 minutes late from the time window their dispatcher quoted to me, and it's been 2 weeks since I first reported this mold issue to my HOA. After he left, I mopped my entire kitchen floor and disinfected all of the surfaces he touched, because he didn't bring or wear gloves either.
Altogether, a disappointing interaction demonstrating a lack of compliance with current county-wide orders relating to COVID-19 or care towards customer concerns for safety and cleanliness.
If you choose to work with this company, please be aware that you, as the customer, will need to stand your ground and ensure they comply with safety precautions.

Had them install my water heater about four years ago. The water heater crapped out and it still is under warranty. Called them up to see if they will cover the warranty and they said it's up to the manufacture to cover the parts. Going back-and-forth for almost a week of the blame game with no heat in my water this Champion Plumbing has done nothing to help me solve my problem. The Manufacturer told me that I needed to flush my water tank once a year to release the sediment in the tank. The Manufacturer told me that it was the responsibility of the Company whoever installs the water tank to inform me of this annual task. Champion plumbing failed to do so and placed the blame right back on the Manufacturer stating that it was their responsibility to tell me. All that said it's been almost a week and I still have no heat in my water tank. The Manufacture has overnighting me a part and I'm going to have another plumbing service to take care of me.
Champion plumbing didn't give a flying fart about my situation. They were rude on the phone and would not work with me to get my water heater fixed. All they care about is your money. They want to Nickel and dime you for everything.
Don't trust them and they're way too expensive and overpriced on their services.

if it was possible, i would give champion plumbing 0 stars for their driving. i drove behind them in the chic fil a line, and it was horrible. if you thought it was impossible to drive bad in a drive through, champion plumbing made it possible.

We had a pretty bad leak under our kitchen sink and called Champion on Wednesday (before 4th ofJuly). They were great and sent somebody out that evening. It turned out we needed a new faucet in addition to leaking supply lines. We bought a new faucet and Champion came this morning and finished the job. Everything is working great now and they were a pleasure to deal with. Scott came out on Wednesday and another gentleman today. We are very happy with their service and professionalism and would highly recommend and use them again should we need to.

I used Champion Plumbing on extensive fixture changes, 11 total, in our Master Bath Room that involved removing tiles, changing very hard to access valves etc.. They did a very good job. Paul was very nice and competent. They were also very reasonable in cost compare to 3 other quotes I had.
