Hot water heater broke and they went above and beyond.
Called at 4:30 in the afternoon and by 10 the next day job was completed.

Champion said they would be at the house between 8 and 10 (a better than usual timeframe than most plumbers, who will give only a 4 or 5 hour window), and drove up right about 8:30. Came in, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the problem.

Michael was courteous and friendly - explained the problem thoroughly and fixed the issue. I'd definitely call them again.

I don't understand why Champion Plumbing gets all five-star reviews. My experience with their initial troubleshooting visit was pretty bad and unpleasant. Recently I noticed water is leaking from the 2nd-floor bathroom and the ceiling of the 1st-floor bathroom right below it is damaged. I called Champion Plumbing and they quickly sent a technician whose name is Michael. This guy was not friendly at all, not equipped well for his first visit, didn't listen to me well, and didn't have any helping mindset (like ""We do plumbing and not responsible for anything else, period"" kind of attitude). For instance, he told me that it is a valve problem for sure and gave me a quote to replace the valve. I asked if it comes with any warranty and he replied that it does for the valve. And I asked ""What if water is still leaking after valve replacement, from somewhere else like pipes, for instance? Does your warranty cover that?"". His reply was ""We're only responsible for what we do. If somewhere else is wrong, we're not responsible for that. If you're not happy, call someone else"", and we went into some unpleasant arguments. I need help for fixing a problem, not replacing this and that. If his troubleshooting turns out to be wrong at the end of the day, he's still responsible for fixing the problem, I believe. Looks like this guy doesn't understand that and doesn't understand what customers really need.

The knob broke on the parents bathtub. I called Champion Plumbing on a Friday evening. A nice woman answered the phone. She coordinated an appointment with one of their plumbers for the next day. I was given a time window and the name of the plumber assigned to the job.

Daniel showed up within the time window. He took some time to evaluate the problem. He said it was fixable and gave me an estimate on the repair. My first thought was to replace the whole fixture. I even went to Home Depot the day before and bought a new one. Daniel explained that installing a new fixture would involve knocking a hole in the wall. My parents needed a fully functioning bathroom that day so I agreed to fix the exiting setup. He went to the store and came back with parts that matched the knob. The whole job took an hour from start to finish. The faucet was up and running with little disruption to my parents lives.

Sometimes the simplest solution really is the best. I appreciated the honest and professional way I was treated from the first phone call to the finish of the job.

Paul is a plumbing champion. My kitchen faucet needed replacing and it was clear that because of the poor access and the existing plumbing that this was not going to be a DIY job. Paul had to cut out the old faucet and then do a good bit of carpentry to create enough room under the sink to get in the new faucet. When the new faucet didn't fit because of lack of clearance around the sink (fault of whoever remodeled the kitchen), Paul helped find possible new faucets and eventually came up with a workaround to get in the faucet I wanted. He even filled in time I spent running to Home Depot for a substitute faucet by doing some other more minor plumbing tasks around the house. The job took longer than either of us could have anticipated, but Champion was more than fair with the charges.

One of my friends, who is a property manager, recommended Champion Plumbing to fix my upstairs double-sink clog. The clog was deep in the wall, and Jason and Eddy did a wonderful job! They cleaned up after themselves and the price was reasonable. I recommend Champion Plumbing!!!

Great service, reasonable estimate, helpful advice.
We had a leak coming from the upstairs tub and a number of other repairs around the house that I had put off.
Paul arrived and did some testing. He had to cut through some drywall to tell for sure, that it was a leak in the drainage pipe. It appeared that the pipe was too short (probably a job done by the previous owner). He said it was a straight forward job to replace the section with the proper length. He also pointed out that my toilet was missing it's seal and that could lead to a leak down the road. That and two other valves that needed replacing turned out to be affordable and professionally done.
Thanks Champion - A+

Definitely a great service. Got there right ontime made it quick and painless. Accepts Credit cards very clean and not pushy. Daniel was both professional approachable and informative when need be. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Plumber.

Was a simple fix but I believe they could handle just about anything.

By far the most dependable plumbing company. This company gives fair quotes and expert workmanship. Kevin F. is just the best plumber, very helpful, courteous, responsible and experienced. I would highly recommend and when you call, ask for Kevin.

This company installed a water heater 6 years ago when they repiped our house. We had to replace the water heater 2 weeks ago. We had sticker shock. It cost $1200 for a heater located inside the house.
The young man said they would only charge us labor since the water heater should be under warranty.
He also just looked at the top of the tank and said it needed to be replaced. We were in a hurry since we had an obligation and had to leave. He never volunteered what the labor cost would be until he installed it.
They are a mediocre company and, after checking around, the most expensive.
The phone number is incorrect at the beginning. To make sure you have the correct company, their number is 408-437-1507
