Although the work that was done was sub par rob did give us a refund. He also send a Christmas card. So I will say he is a stand up guy and took the time to try and right his wrong. Thank you Rob. Happy healthy new year

DO NOT RECOMMENDED

Call for service and was told by Rob that he would come by in the evening
I said no problem. He came by earlier than expected (yay) Took a look at the
problem and told my husband he would have to come back tomorrow. I waited all day leaving him text messages and voicemails? Never a response. I waited all day and when it was time to go to bed I had to turn my water off as the leak was getting worse. Called first thing in the morning no one answered my call (7:30 am). Called again at 8:00 nothing. Left a voicemail telling him if he was to busy just let me know and I would have been fine
with that. But NO left me hanging! What a piece of garbage! So here I am typing this to let everyone know NOT TO HIRE this guy..
