My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Champion Plumbing. Edwin was called out on a Saturday of all days and was in our home within 35 minutes. Our toilet was backed up after a visit from family and leaking all around the rim which was gross and considering it is our only toilet in the house, we needed this cleared stat, especially for a 8 month pregnant woman!
Edwin did a camera check, used the snake, cleared out our pipes and worked up a serious sweat getting our pipes cleared out.
He really did his thing, all while being extremely informative about what he's doing, what's going on and preventative tips for the future. He didn't try to upsell a bunch of items or fear mogul us. My husband and I felt that he is just a very knowledgeable
Plumber who genuinely wanted to help us.

Edwin was able to show up in an hour. He fixed our 35 year old kitchen drain pipe that was packed with sludge. (Down in the garage. We live in a 2nd floor condo) He was able to hydro-blast it all out and he even used the camera to confirm it was all clear.

Total professional, friendly and he explained everything clearly. I will be using Champion Plumbing again in the future!

It was nice to find plumber who could come out within a day. As he had to fit us in, I understood that we would be a late afternoon call. That turned into an early evening call and thankfully he said that he would not charge overtime as it was not our fault that he was working late. Turns out it wasn't a wax ring problem; it was a tank to bowl gasket kit. So, the cost of repair pretty was more than expected. I received an lump sum invoice and have asked repeatedly for an itemized invoice and have not received it to date. They did call the next day to make sure I had sent payment via Zelle, which I had done as soon as the lump sum invoice was received.
