It was nice to find plumber who could come out within a day. As he had to fit us in, I understood that we would be a late afternoon call. That turned into an early evening call and thankfully he said that he would not charge overtime as it was not our fault that he was working late. Turns out it wasn't a wax ring problem; it was a tank to bowl gasket kit. So, the cost of repair pretty was more than expected. I received an lump sum invoice and have asked repeatedly for an itemized invoice and have not received it to date. They did call the next day to make sure I had sent payment via Zelle, which I had done as soon as the lump sum invoice was received.

Edwin Sanchez of Champion Plumbing has been my choice for plumbing since I've moved to Mission Viejo. I called him on a Friday night and he was out bright and early on Saturday morning. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, with quality equipment. He quickly cleared my backed up drain pipe, and then I enjoyed watching his monitor as he did a camera inspection of my pipes and found a hole that I was unaware of. His prices are competitive and his service is outstanding, I will certainly call him again.

Our drains were in horrible shape. Rusted. Black water. Clogged. It hasn't been touched since 2002 (original build date). We were redoing our cabinets and saw this. I reached out at night and he was prompt at getting back and so friendly. Rare in a plumber, right? He came next day and worked so hard at making sure it was done right. I reached out to various plumbers on yelp to help figure out why my bathroom drain and toilet tank smelled terrible, like urine. Edwin was quick to respond and ask questions to assess the potential problem. He got me in his schedule the next day. When he came out, he completed a thorough inspection free of charge. He wasn't able to find any issues with my plumbing but gave some good suggestions as far as how to continue to assess the issue if it continues (it didn't smell when he came out!). So glad to find Edwin at Champion Plumbing! Had his service on 7/23/20. A broken kitchen faucet had caused water to spray everywhere. Called a bunch of places and they quoted way more, and most couldn't come the same day. Not only did Edwin come on the same day, he found the leak was due to a loose part and put it back so we didn't have to replace the faucet. He saved us money and only charged us $50 for coming.
