I can't say enough good things about the service I received. No one likes to have a septic issue, but they made the whole process less stressful. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to schedule me. They showed up on time, and were informative about what needed to be done, how long it would take and what else MIGHT need to be done. Once into the project, they determined some of the extra services they'd mentioned weren't actually needed. I would have not have known the difference if they'd simply run up the bill- but I will now take any recommendations they give me as gospel. Once they were done, I got a nice phone call with explanations of the services, and the next possible steps. Received an invoice shortly thereafter with several ways to pay. Simply the best way one could do business.
