I was a monthly paying MVP member but just cancelled it. I originally had an appointment with them the end of September for my yearly HVAC maintenance; unfortunately it was cancelled due to the recent hurricane .. completely understandable. I called to reschedule the appointment which ended up another month out .. again understandable. The day of my rescheduled appointment, I was notified mid-morning, I'd have to reschedule again as the technician was ill .. ok. I rescheduled, again, dragged out another month. I was told the technician would be there right after lunch. At 5 pm, no one had arrived or even a phone call. I called the office just as they were closing and their only excuse was the technician got delayed. As a monthly paying MVP customer for 5+ years, we're promised all kinds of perks (like head-of-the-line service) .. obviously they are unreliable and I would NOT recommend them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a lie. Do not believe their pushy sales people who say they'll remove the unit ""for any reason"" because even if you tell them it doesn't work properly, they'll either not answer your phone calls or emails, or just tell you to F yourself to your face. The heat pump I had installed took 3 tries to pass inspection, to the point where the inspector said he wanted to report them to the licensing board. The unit never heated or cooled our bathroom and bedroom properly but the second we tried to have it removed, even going so far as to report to the BBB, they twisted our words to make themselves sound like they were 100% honest, which they weren't. Their company clearly has high turnover, because nobody I worked with initially, even 8 months ago, is still there. I have been nothing but disappointed with their lack of professionalism. Their lies to me about what I was getting (I wanted a dual stage with a high enough SEER rating to qualify for a tax credit - got neither, but I DID get a false promise of both) was just the icing on the cake for me. I'm telling my contractor friends, my realtor friends, and all the homeowners I know to avoid them like the plague they are.

I am super disappointed in this company. In the first place, we had major install issues which they did fix after complaining for a year. Now after two years the thermostat quits and it's under warranty. However, they won't just give me a new thermostat. To plug on to the wall they want $250 to install it. And that's the discount for a maintenance contract! I will be finding a new company!

We have been using Champion Comforts Experts and are MVP Members ever since our home was built in 2014 when they installed the HVAC system. Champion provides 2 inspections (air conditioner and furnace), annual electrical and plumbing inspection for the reasonable cost of our MVP Membership. I recently had an issue with our stand by generator. Tim made the inspection and recomended repair options and/or replacement. Tim had made a prior repair to the 9-year old generator and like all Champion Technicians was very knowledgeable and willing to explain the technical issues and options in a very clear manner. All service provider companies should be so lucky as to employ the quality of service Technicians as Champion Comforts Experts. If you are looking for quality and honest people look no further. There may be cheaper options but none better.

These people are scammers. They fixed something to charge you money, but will not fix the issue. They sold me a maintenance plan and 'maintained' a broken machine. They tried to sell me a new system that was way overpriced and 5x more expensive than any other estimate I got. I cancelled the maintenance plan (as my machine was still broken and they were robbing me of money to do nothing) and they did not cancel the plan and still continued charging me. I cancelled it again and requested a refund. I have been calling and calling and calling. I leave messages. Chad will not take responsibility. Chad not followup with my refund. I still keep calling and no one gets back to me. Do not use this company. They are crooks.

Last night our AC just stopped working. Obviously a problem. I called Champion Comfort Experts who I trust with most of my home system repairs. The operator took my info and promised to have a technician out to me today. Cameron Clark texted and called ahead of his mid-morning arrival. He quickly evaluated the issue by the sound of the heat pump. He made the repair quickly and proficiently. He was prompt, neat, and very professional.

champion installed a mini split unit in my home. Nunu and Wahyu installed and did a wonderful job explaining everything. I called tuesday and by Friday at noon it was running. The best experience I've had with work at my house ever. Thanks I would surely recomend them.

Last October I had Champion install a Daiken mini-split in my finished basement. The installers arrived, but the electrician couldn't come until the following day. After the electrician hooked up the power, I asked how to operate it. He handed me the owners' manual. After a week of trying, I couldn't get the unit to blow heat or cold. Turns out the unit was defective. It took another 4 weeks to get it replaced.

Fast forward to this May, I called to have them service my upstairs unit. The condensation drain had come disconnected and was leaking into my foundation. It took 6 weeks and 3 calls to finally get it fixed. I have tried 3 times to contact the owner (phone, website, and letter), but a month later I've not been contacted. Beware!
