1) Leak that your workers left and that I had to call Champion's emergency number to get fixed.
2) 2 floods that damaged the building.
3) Missing check value on the cold line that I had to call in outside help to figure out.
4) Warm return line that Champion could not figure out. Again, I had to call in outside help to figure it out.
5) Gas line failed inspection and no one is fixing the problem.
6) Poor communication.
