We were referred to Chambliss Plumbing from a friend who had great praises for them. The Chambliss plumbers Roy and Justin (Son of owner) came by and looked at a leak on my water heater. Luckily, they had said that the tank was still good and was not leaking but found the leak at the top where the main water line was feeding the tank. They also noticed that the pipes were corroded and changed that the fittings & pipes to the proper ones that resist corrosion. We had a previous company come take a look earlier in the week prior to Chambliss and was told that it may be a major overhaul and they quoted a high amount. Chambliss was very honest in their estimate and explained what they were going to do and they had the parts to do the job in their truck. They were friendly and courteous and cleaned up after the job was done. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues and make sure our friends know about hem too.

I can only say my experience was not all that pleasant. Cleaned out tree limbs from pipe from house to curb. Wanted $4500 to fix pipe!! But the whole problem was not fixed. Commode still would only flush twice then stop up. When I talk to owner, he was not very friendly. They also charged me almost $400 to come out and do what they did. Troy would never all me back about why commode was still not flushing. I feel they are excessively expensive. And, they never completed the job!!
Finally had another company come out - what I needed it turns out was a new commode!! (My house was built in 1984). Things have been fine since new commode was installed.
GOD, these guys are all expensive !!!

What a wonderful experience! Another plumbing company had come out & told me the pipes had to be hydro jetted. Clayton & Derek from Chambliss came out. They ran a camera ( the other company didn't) & said it was normal buildup & not necessary at this time. They even changed the way the dishwasher drained. They only charged me the $45 visit. I will never use any other company. Both men were polite & explained everything perfectly.

Super-glad I selected these guys! I was looking to have washer connections replaced, a bathroom faucet installed and four hose bibs converted from compression to screw on connections. I was a bit concerned that they charged by the hour rather than the job, but the total was much less than I had been quoted from others who offered fixed prices for each.

James arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly, efficiently and cleaned up afterward.

I'm 110% satisfied with Chambliss plumbing! Though I'm sure all their plumbers are great, I'd recommend you request James.

Consistently an excellent customer experience. Have used Chambliss Plumbing for time sensitive and scheduled services. This level of excellence starts from the ease in scheduling the service request. Then the day of the scheduled service starts with the much appreciated advance courtesy call informing me that the assigned plumbing technician(s) are enroute. The technician(s) themselves are courteous and respectful. They explain what to except during the service call. Then the technician(s) carefully cleanup the work area. Finally, the service costs are reasonable and a great value.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. After another plumber did I terrible job and told me he would need to come back in a few days (we had no functional toilets at that point) and it would cost $500, I called Chambliss. They came to my house in 30 mins and had the problems fixed and everything cleaned up in under an hour and under $200. Super professional and did an excellent job. So happy I called them.

When you know you can make a couple hundred thousand plus dollar purchase decision based on the information that someone provides in verification of another experts input, it's safe to say that you trust their expertise and know how. Such was the position my wife and I were in not long ago. Mr. Kevin Chambliss is someone I feel like I can trust, though we've only met four times. His integrity is something very important to him, and that becomes very clear when you interact with him for even a short amount of time. He also recruits individuals of a similar belief system, if caliber and quality of work are any indications. For me, personally, integrity matters a great deal when I'm dealing with a vendor, and because of that, Chambliss Plumbing now has a life long customer.

Recently, my wife and I were able to seek out Chambliss Plumbing again for some plumbing issues that we wanted addressed immediately following the purchase of our home. The price was more than reasonable but also commensurate with product and work quality. The best part is, we knew upfront what we'd be paying for, and were able to plan accordingly. Additionally, because of that, we're able to plan for some 'nice to have's' that we had in mind for the future, as well.

The explanation of the work and products involved exceeded expectations, and the peace of mind that the job was done right is hard to beat. If you're looking for a company that puts as much effort into keeping their word, as well as meeting or exceeding your plumbing need expectations, Chambliss Plumbing can be held up as an example and you'd be well-served in seeking them out for your requirements.
