Had a leaky pipe in the garage, called Chambers Plumbing as I prefer to deal with independent local businesses. They were able to come over the same afternoon, super friendly and professional, explained the repair, went to get parts completed the job. Great people, I would absolutely use them again for any plumbing job.

Called Joe Chambers one day, he came out the next morning. Joe and wife Sarah installed 3 toilets for us. Spent 1.5 hours at our home. Did a great job. The invoice shocked us. He told us he gets $550 per toilet install. This is labor ONLY. We paid for the toilets, gasket seals, connectors and valves ourselves. He does warranty his work. They were very pleasant. PLEASE get a quote in writing before you have any type of work done with any company.

Called this service due to Yelp reviews. Appt set for today at 1pm and said would call when enroute. Called them at 2pm and left a message when they were not here. At 3:30 they called and said there was a setback on a previous job but were still going to come and do this job. Never heard from again. My daughter lost a day of work to be here for this appointment. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend this service to anyone else.

Joe and Sarah are an awesome team! They quickly returned our call and put us on their schedule first thing the next morning. Joe was informative, straight to the point, and very fair. He fixed the problem quickly and let us know what to look out for in the future. We will definitely use Joe again in the future!

After calling at least five different plumbers to fix the hot water valves in both of my showers, I was very pleasantly surprised when Joe Chambers of Chambers Plumbing Co. answered his phone. He could not have been kinder. I was beginning to think that it would be next week before I would be able to take a shower again, since I'm on a septic and had to shut the water off at the well and could not find anyone to do the job. Joe expressed genuine concern about my problem ... the first one to do so ... and immediately put my mind at ease telling me that he was a fourth generation master plumber who is licensed and insured and dedicated to fixing the problem as efficiently and inexpensively as possible. He asked when I would be ready to have he and his wonderful assistant and wife, Sarah, come to do the repairs. I replied, """"Can you come today?"""" They were at my door within about an hour and I liked them both and trusted them completely. The way they work together speaks volumes about their character which is impressive and rare. Rather than try to upsell me to a more profitable alternative, Joe and Sarah walked me through exactly what was causing the issue and replaced only the parts needed to get me up and running again. I plan to install better faucets soon, but for now I just needed to have my showers back. When both faucets were repaired and Joe tested them to make sure they were working, the bill came to $150. Much less than I expected and very likely much less than another company would have charged. Joe also gave me some very reassuring advice about some of the things I had worried about with my septic. I will absolutely use this company again and recommend them to everyone who asks. Excellent, excellent service!
