Chambers' Plumbing, Heating & Air
Company Overview
ABOUT US Chambers Plumbing & Heating, Inc. began thanks to its founder, Ursee Chambers. The company started the business back in 1921 in a garage as he was a young man. Later, his son Darryl became part of the team and assumed control of Chambers Plumbing, constructing the existing storefront in the decade of the 1950s. Fast forward to 1989, David Lohnes acquired the company from Darryl. He continues to own it to this day. Before stepping into this role, David started his plumbing career in Loveland, Colorado, he was a bricklayer for 25 years. The labor was tough on his body, he sought to protect his health. After completing some projects in Darryl's home and learned Darryl needed someone to continue the legacy. That's when David decided to purchase the business. Shortly after finalizing the deal, he got his master's plumbing license and has continued to uphold the high-quality plumbing services that Ursee Chambers started in 1921.

Chambers Plumbing came as a recommendation from another plumber.
I needed a repair for a leaking disposal and the 1st recommendation I received was for Big Country HVAC. They did not work on disposals and recommended Glenn at Chambers Plumbing. Recommendation from a peer was a strong first impression.
Glenn answered right away when I called and was able to get Austin out to my house that afternoon. Austin was exceptionally thorough, helpful and clean. Job became a little more complicated that hoped and he made sure to check everything twice.
Great experience all the way around.

Been turning to these guys for years for anything from advice and recommendations, parts, to service. Always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Just had a new hot water heater installed and we could not be any happier with the work. Very clean, professional, and looks wonderful. I would highly recommend Chambers to anyone and everyone with plumbing needs.

We have used Chambers twice in a month, once for the toilet and once for the faucets leaking in the bathtub. I love these guys! This is a +100 yr old house, nothing is easy but yet both times, the plumbers were awesome, on time and did a great job in a timely manner. No more leaks here and I found the men to be very professional and great to talk to! Highly recommend them. Great longtime Loveland company.

We have used Chambers Plumbing for nearly 30 years. They have installed furnace, air conditioner, hot water heaters, toilets, garbage disposal as well as providing great service. Always on time and friendly.

Chambers was great. We had a broken copper fight, and they came out and fixed it for us for a minimal charge (even less than they quoted). They still have that small down feel when you into their store. It's a nice feeling. I would have given them a 5 because they took a while to get back to me, but it was worth the wait.

I am a local property manager and I have used Chambers for years. I called this week. I manage a house two blocks away that they have serviced many times. Have a leaking pipe leaking sewage into the basement. Called to get help and the lady on the phone decided it was a sewer back up problem (although nothing is backing up) stated that all their sewer line equipment was broken and they could not help. When I asked that someone just go take a look to be sure what the problem was, she informed me that she was pretty sure ' its not something we want to screw with'. Got a different plumber, it was a leaking pipe and it was fixed in a few minutes...I won't be calling Chambers ever again.

Chambers was hired to do a service call on my furnace. They said it was a special and would work however long it took to do the job for 99$ This yearly maintenance is typically an hour to two hour job. The technician showed up and was done in ten minutes. I called to inquire about how the work could have been done in ten minutes and I was told they would talk to the technician and get back. The next day they said they would give a refund. Then a few hours later a different ""manager"" said he would not give the refund. He said he needed to see the furnace first to make sure his tech did not do the work. He showed up and said there were no cobwebs so he did his job. I asked how a one to two hour job could get done in ten minutes and he said I was a liar. My neighbors are witnesses to the fact that the other tech was in and out in ten minutes and he still claims his tech did the work. So if you want to get robbed and then get called a liar call Chambers!

An outstanding service center. Ethical, professional, and thorough. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

I made a call to Chambers for emergency service on a water leak under the house. They showed up before the time they quoted me and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. FIVE STARS for prompt, courteous, competent and reasonable service.

Two stars only because the plumper was on time, I called chambers plumbing of Loveland to come unclog a drain In Johnstown Colorado. The plumber called me 10 minutes after arriving at Johnstown saying "" I have some bad news i could not get the roto rooter in the drain also we are going to need to replace all of the iron drain pipe in the crawl space of your home because its leaking"". I say ok why don't you send me over a quote and all consider it. 20 minutes later I received a call the plumber decided to pour a industrial draino down the drain and got the clog unclogged but would still recommend replacing the pipe. I said ok send over the quote. I receive the quote and the bill the next day, the quote being for $1200. The bill being for $205. (Which I paid right away). When I spoke with plumber on the phone to hire them I was told they bill at 100 an hour, I only called knowing it would take less than one hour to unclog a drain. Receiving the receipt, I called another Loveland plumber to my home who got in the crawl space and replaced 3 feet of iron pipe, corrected the fall of the drain pipe, replaced the under cabinet drain, saudered a copper pipe. All in under 2 hours. For a total bill of $200. I then got online and emailed DAV. Saying he ripped me off all I owe him is $116. And he needs to return all my money over $117, or I would post this review here and too the BBB Who replied by mail with. ""You boast so openly that you are going to trash us with the BBB and everything online so I cut and pasted your exact email with all of its slanderous threats and blackmail attempt to the BBB. I don't take threats and blackmail attempts lightly"" and signed it very proudly. All in I would never recommend using chambers plumbing for anything ever! EVER!
