Scott worked on an issue we were having with our water heater/pressure relief valve, and didn't charge us for his trip to inspect (only charged us for fixing the issue). He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and friendly, and he took the time to explain what the issue was and how to fix it, which we really appreciated.

Scott is a good plumber, but he charged me $377 dollars to re-install two faucets after I had a counter top replaced. This took an hour of his time, and required no additional materials. For this type of work, such a fee is beyond ridiculous. I have nothing personal against him, but there are much cheaper service providers out there.

Just got off the phone with Scott Chamberlin, who we've hired on three occasions to do work in our home and at a rental property. We asked Scott to come look at a problem we had with a leak in our upstairs bath which was damaging the ceiling in the living room below and asked for an estimate. He looked at the problem, which would have required moving home entertainment equipment &/or a bookshelf to get access to the plumbing, which we were not prepared to do at the time. When we called him back to have him come do the work he said we had cost him money by not having him do the work on his first visit and that we should find someone else to do the job. Really strange situation. Apparently has more work than he can handle. Misrepresented the whole situation. Did very poorly by us as a repeat customer. Would not recommend this guy unless you're prepared to have work done immediately, sight unseen and without an estimate.

Horrible customer service, I would not use this plumber. There are much better options out there.. you would be best served going elsewhere.

You've got to a love a plumber that doesn't charge a trip fee and doesn't charge you for the fixes that are ridiculously simple. We wish we had found Scott years ago.
