i had some bathroom work done this summer. i also found the owner not so professional and not keep up with the agreed schedule. i was charged with work not authorized. the bathtub sprout installed is not sealed and crooked. i was told the sprout is defected. i went and exchanged a new one. same result. not sure why i got the service like this because others seem to give great reviews.

No problems with numerous small plumbing issues. (running toilets, drippy sinks, etc). Ask him to show you a photo of his flying squirrels.

I called these guys for help with my boiler. It wasn't sending up enough heat to my 2nd floor apartment. It was also leaking in the basement and from the radiator in the kitchen. They were able to come out the next day. Scott was very knowledgeable and able to fix the problem quickly. He had both leaks fixed and the whole system back up and running in less than an hour. He stayed to make sure everything was heating up and bled a few of the radiators. I would definitely give them a call again if I needed service.

I called early with a frozen pipe problem. He said he would call in 20 minutes and would be able to come out today. After 2 hours I called him back and he said he would be over after he installed a water tank. Again waited he called a few hours later and said he ran into an issue that would take a few hours. Never heard from him again. If he couldn't do the job just say so now I have to get in touch with someone else and pay weekend rates and I've been without water going on day 2. All I needed was the outside pipe unfroze and new heat tape put on.

I'm not sure about the last review but this was by far the most professional plumber I have come across. He has a great sense of humor and tells the customer (me), exactly the way it is. He doesn't try to charge extra for unneeded work and will let you know his honest opinion about certain products. He makes sure he runs any extra work he finds by the customer first and then explained all thr options. He will now be tbe plumber we use until he quits. He is very modestly priced and doesn't BS about what needs to be done. Awesome plumber...best one around in my opinion.
