My elderly wife and I arrived at our Caseville cottage Tuesday afternoon and found out that our furnace didn't work. We left a message with Chad's Plumbing and Heating. The temperature was in the 40 degrees at night- it was cold. I called twice more the next day and still never heard from Chad. At noon I telephoned for the last time and told Chad I no longer wanted him to fix my furnace. He is very unreliable and I would not do business with him.
