Was given this company's name with a great reference. Called the number that morning and the woman that answered the phone was curt, short with me and told me that she could not tell me whether or not they could come out because SHE didn't do the scheduling. I asked if i might be able to speak to that person and she told me Chad does the scheduling and he was busy because they do New Construction also. I (the prospective customer) had to ask her if she would take down my info because i had a broken pipe outside that was flooding my yard so I had to turn my water off. She took my info, but that's the last I heard from this company. I happen to be in the New Construction / Residential install and repair business in another field. I am my company's first contact with customers and I can assure you that the level of PROFESSIONALISM I was greeted with from this company was ATROCIOUS!! The owners of the company I work for would fire me on the spot If I ever treated a customer as rudely as I was treated. Customer service is definitely a dying art, but unfortunately it has already died at this company. If you want to be treated as if THEY are doing YOU a favor by even answering the phone, then by all means call them. If you want to be treated like a customer SHOULD be treated then find someone else. They may be good plumbers, but I will never know.

Bad communication. I called and said I had a leak under my house that needs to be fixed. Took my info and told a technician will call before they come. A leak is very serious so I expected a call sometime that day. Never got a call. Called back that evening and still nothing. If they couldn't do it that day, that could have been communicated in the first call so I could have called someone else and not waste my time waiting!

Been put on the waiting board multiple times only to have a no show days after. Try to recall with same results. Guess they don't want my business.

We have had Chad Sieger plumbing out to our house a few times. They have installed 2 waters two different times just this year. They are both honest and dependable. It was a job well done. They communicate well and try to work you in as soon as possible. Their water heater install beat both Home Depot's time frame and price quote.

My recommendation is that if they come to your house, watch them like a hawk. They came to my house, punched a $300.00 hole in a cedar closet with their tools, denied that they did the damage, and that since there wasn't an eyewitness to the damage as it was done, that it must've been done by some sort of demented burglar. They then sent the bill to the wrong address and tried to collect interest for late payment, If there was a choice less than one star, they'd get it.

Very satisfied with my service from Chad Sieger plumbing. They came out and fixed a problem with my Rinnai on-demand water heater that I have been unable to troubleshoot even with help from my builder. There prices are fair and everyone I met with the company was very polite. I will use them from now on.

this company doesn't follow though. I took a weeks vacation to get some things done and the plumbing problem was on top of my list. I called the week before and was told someone would be out Monday. on Monday afternoon I hadn't heard from anyone and called back. I was told they would fit me in the schedule for the week because they had two slab leaks to do. by Thursday afternoon (New Years eve) I still had not heard anything. called them back only to find they were closing early for the holidays and they couldn't get to me for another week. had I known early on my business didn't mean anything to them I could have called someone else. I think this company has lost site of what good customer service is. poor communicators and I would not recommend them.
