Best experience I've had from any company providing home repair service such as plumbing.

They actually answered the phone every time I called and made an appointment for my concern on the first call. Less than 48 hours later everything was taken care of and done.

Arrival window was between 2:00 and 4:00 and I got a text when they were en route, they arrived at 2:00, right on time.
My garbage disposal was replaced fast and the price was as quoted. What else could you ask for? I will definitely be calling Chad Michael Professional Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

My trust and loyalty are hard to earn...I value honesty and integrity above all, I searched on Homeadvisor and Chad contacted me because my house is currently in Escrow and I needed to fix the septic tank...he showed up early and waited until 10am as scheduled, greeted me, firm hand shake and we discussed my situation....we planned and conducted a business transaction in less than 10 minutes, very communicative and on top of things. Definitely a pleasant experience, even while dealing with something as complex as an imploding septic tank, his crew was very courteous and professional, heck I even made them homemade tacos. If I were staying in the area and I needed ANY type of plumbing work I wouldn't have to think twice and call Mr. Micheals...These guys went above and beyond. I just realized that they even fixed the leaky faucet in my backyard without me even saying anything....Thanks Again Chad, I am very very pleased with your work.

What a fantastic company to deal with. The plumbers were awesome. We had another company a few days earlier that was trying to locate a leak that was coming up from our front porch slab. They even called a special leak detection company out and all they could come up with was the front hose bib under the front window was leaking in the footing of the house and that the line from the hose bib was under the living room slab. They wanted to bypass all of that plumbing, cut the concrete walkway, bring in a whole new main line and hose bib in front of the garage for a very high price. Jesse & Chad spent hours on hours, a full day, and found a leak under the porch slab and the flower box ""nothing to do with the hose bib"". They cut a hole in the porch slab, repaired the leak and repaired some small leaks in the flower box, installed a new shut-off valve in the flower box, added new boxes to cover the valve and sewer clean out and did a super clean up for less than half of the first company's price. Oh by the way, the line under the living room slab was the Main Line not the line to the hose bib!

I cannot begin to explain how happy my husband and I are to have gotten referred to Chad. He came to our house for a leak and was able to help us fix the issue. He was very great at explaining everything, communicating with us, and dealt with our annoying questions gracefully. We would definitely recommend him to anyone with any plumbing issues. Chad is our guy. Recommended by TCC restoration company when our house flooded. I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and freaking out. Him and his crew helped us, were extremely kind and we couldn't be more greatful. While my husband was at work I had to do a lot of the running back and forth with Chad and his crew. Had to have another plumber fix all the screw ups this company did. I guess when he asked me if I wanted to gas line to be behind the stove, and I said yes, he just did it his way anyhow. Also if you have a garbage disposal this company doesn't know that the drain can't be, #1 behind the dishwasher, and #2 more than 13"" above the floor. So after paying to have all the holes in my walls fixed. Had to tear some open again. Expensive mistake. ""(

If there was an event for Team Plumbing in the Olympic Games I'd enter Chad Micheal's Professional Plumbing. They just completed a very tough job for me and did it in an impressive manner.

I asked Chad to replace a sewer line from our home to our septic tank. We live on the side of a hill and the septic tank to serve the lower floor is 8 feet deep. That means a trench starting at about 5 feet and ending at close to 10 to get down below the septic tank entry plumbing.

Five guys showed up at our house right on time and went on the attack to dig in the rock hard decomposed granite. It was like watching a ballet. Each team member clearly knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. The cooperation with each other and the anticipation of and preparing for the next move was remarkable.

Chad did the final hook up to the house and tank himself. I have no idea how he could get that done down in a trench 10 feet deep with the walls literally at shoulder width. He passed the PVC pipe and fittings up and down with the surface crew for trimming or adjustment until he was satisfied everything lined up exactly right. Outstanding!

Naturally the Team had a couple of the normal unforeseen curve balls thrown at them that they had to deal with. As it neared the end of the day Chad said to me, ""Don't worry it will be hooked up in a temporary configuration so you'll have full indoor plumbing tonight.""

And we did as the Team completed the final elements using flash lights and a drop light! At 8:36 they announced competition and we could flush the toilets again.

No one will ever set foot again on our property with a pipe wrench other than Chad Micheal's Professional Plumbing. They are now our ""Go To"" guys and I recommend them without reservation.
