We've used their services 3x in the last 4 years.Just recently we had a under slab leak of both hot and cold lines.We opted for a total reroute of our waterlines.We have a 2 story home and the reroute was not easy.Jessie was amazing. He made sure not to make unnecessary holes.Him and Chris measured to be precise and worked diligently.Everyday they would clean and lay out protection over my beige/white carpet.A couple of times Jessie came by himself.He has to be one of the hardest working men we know.Highly recommend.

I called Chad Michael's Plumbing last Tuesday because my tankless water heater was not working properly. It was sold to me and installed by them. They were out here two times previously to work on it, the last time being about three weeks ago. In any case, when I called on Tuesday, July 5th, I was told that they would be out on Thursday, July 7th. I even got a text Thursday morning saying that a person would be at my house between 8 and 10 am. No one showed up on Thursday and I didn't receive any calls from them so I called Thursday afternoon and got the voicemail service. I left a message voicing my displeasure. On Friday, July 8th (yesterday) I received another text saying that someone would be out between 8 and 10 am that morning. Again, no one showed up, nor did anyone call. I left another voice message yesterday afternoon. I never got a call back. So now, I have had no hot water since July 5th and it appears that I will be out of hot water all weekend.

We have found our plumber! We always receive a prompt call back when an issue arises and they always make it to the house in a timely fashion. The office staff are friendly, the plumbers are exceptional! The greatest part is they are affordable. When I make the call to them I don't have the sinking feeling that my wallet is about to become significantly lighter. Without hesitation, we would recommend this business!

These guys have come to my house to fix a few issues, they're always on time and complete their work professionally. I recently had a couple issues with my sinks, their guy Chris was great, notified me ahead of time when he was arriving, was kind and courteous, and did great work. We needed a new water heater and called around then saw a recommendation from a neighbor. I got 3 quotes that were all much higher. They came out the next day replace my water heater and even upgraded to a larger size, replaced a few things and still was the price they quoted. Best plumbing company ever. My first time ever writing a review and if there would have been 6 stars they would have gotten them.

Best experience I've had from any company providing home repair service such as plumbing.

They actually answered the phone every time I called and made an appointment for my concern on the first call. Less than 48 hours later everything was taken care of and done.

Arrival window was between 2:00 and 4:00 and I got a text when they were en route, they arrived at 2:00, right on time.
My garbage disposal was replaced fast and the price was as quoted. What else could you ask for? I will definitely be calling Chad Michael Professional Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

My trust and loyalty are hard to earn...I value honesty and integrity above all, I searched on Homeadvisor and Chad contacted me because my house is currently in Escrow and I needed to fix the septic tank...he showed up early and waited until 10am as scheduled, greeted me, firm hand shake and we discussed my situation....we planned and conducted a business transaction in less than 10 minutes, very communicative and on top of things. Definitely a pleasant experience, even while dealing with something as complex as an imploding septic tank, his crew was very courteous and professional, heck I even made them homemade tacos. If I were staying in the area and I needed ANY type of plumbing work I wouldn't have to think twice and call Mr. Micheals...These guys went above and beyond. I just realized that they even fixed the leaky faucet in my backyard without me even saying anything....Thanks Again Chad, I am very very pleased with your work.
