I used Chad King's Plumbing in the past with no issues....until today. My master bathroom toilet was leaking (Chad's crew repaired it before) . Chad came out when my wife was here and made sure the toilet flushed and that was all for 137.00. I was told he put new caulking adjusted for the rocking toilet with shims and it is not leaking. When I got home the toilet is leaking at the base it was the old caulking and now rocking worse with no shims. I sent this text to Chad: The caulking still looks like the older caulking, toilet is still leaking, toilet is rocking bad....shimms? My wife paid 137.00 for the service call but the problem has not been addressed. Please call me asap to remedy the issue. Chads's reply text: I will tear up the check. Never call me again. We have other family that have used Chad's services spending 1000's and they have been made aware of his so called work ethic. Use another ""plumber"" that is professional, takes pride in their work quality and cares about their repeat customers.

Wasn't even here 30 minutes unblocked a blockage and charged $225.00! Sad to know that people take advantage of people in horrible situations!

Chad King's Plumbing serviced my home back in November of 2018 by repairing a gas leak. No testing was done to detect where leak was coming from they went by where I suggested the leak was based on the smell of gas when Atmos detected it. I paid $1300 that day by check to one of his unlicensed employees who works under him which is the same guy who did the repair. 1.5 hours later the job was said to be complete but the licensed plumber, Chad, wasn't here to oversee the job nor inspect it after it was done. Unfortunately, the repair wasn't completed correctly and currently gas doesn't work properly so Atmos gas company will not reconnect my gas line due to this issue. Chad was called about this and refuses to come out and check on his work that was done by one of is unlicensed employees. He was rude to my husband and hung up the phone in his face then blocked his phone number. We have been without heat this entire fall/winter thanks to Chad King and his subpar services but he waisted no time cashing my check. Any one I can tell not to use his services will hear it from me!
Rude, unprofessional, and apparently not as knowledgeable as they say they are. No wonder they take only cash or check, once paid, these can't be disputed. They refuse credit cards because this method can be disputed in instances such as mine where promised services were not rendered properly. Beware people!
