what a wonderful experience! I called their office, and the next day Chad himself was at our home looking at the garbage disposal I had broken and the shower drain that was completely clogged. We talked about the problems, and he said Amy from the office would call me shortly to set a repair appt. True to his word Amy called me shortly and set the repair date for the next day! Dwight was our tech and he was nice and worked quickly and efficiently. And to top it off, the bill was very reasonable!

My husband and I were deserately in need of an honest plumber. A local plumbing firm charged us $7000.00 to dig up our yard and put in a new pipe outdoors. They did not address the other problem, inside, at the same time, then told us it would be ANOTHER $7000.00 to tear up the yard AGAIN and jack hammer our basement floor to fix the ""broken'' pipe indoors!! We had a July 4 weekend emergency with our kitchen sink and disposal. We called Saturday night, and they responded right away. They said there were fully booked for that night, but would come on Sunday morning. Dwight showed up on Sunday morning and fixed our problem with humor, speed and professionalism. I was in need of an HVAC-certified technician to service my heating/AC unit before putting our house on the market and Chad Baker Plumbing was recommended by a trusted friend...and boy am I glad they were!

Within two hours of my initial phone call, two very friendly, very professional young men showed up at my door and introduced themselves with a handshake. A few minutes later they were in our basement cleaning and replacing parts with a skill that I thought reserved only for much older HVAC experts.

The final cost was EXTREMELY fair (to the point that my wife thought I was lying) and they left no trace of dirt, grease or anything else behind. My system has been running so much more efficiently that I regret not calling them sooner.
