Horrible nightmare of our lives dealing with the fallout of this company. Con artists, liars, non-responders, and in way over their heads w jobs they have no competence in carrying out to any form of satisfaction. They did paint job and kitchen redo for us and it literally left me in tears/sobs it was so horrible. No level was used to place kitchen cabinet doors and handles so they were drilled in all haphazardly and in order to try and level them after this, we were left with drilled holes in our solid doors that were puttied but never smooth again. You could see old drilled holes in white doors. Peeling, drippy paint aside from unleveled doors and handles. Chad said ""My guys didn't bring out the $800 tool that should be used to level things"". Well, great.....Gave him a second chance because I believe in the good of people. Dumb mistake. Was pulling teeth to get him to come back. Lots of lying, mis-truths, and dodging of calls because he already had his $. Please save yourself alot of cash and heartaches and under no circumstances hire them. Honestly, my son in middle school shop class made a better cabinet because he cared about his work and (gasp) used a level! Beware.

Chad and Tracey are complete con artists. Beware! My bathroom remodel was 8 weeks over schedule. Constantly lied about when people would show up and constantly asked for money. Before they even finished the project, Chad demanded the money if I wanted it finished. I paid him....which I see was my mistake but I had good faith.
Here are the pics of what he left me with and now Chad or Tracey won't respond to any messages.
The paint and grout were messed up with black spots and grout smeared. Got paint on all my new shelves. These are just a few pics from the nightmare I endured with this company.

As we are filing legal proceedings I will not go into details here.

We had work done by Mr. Johnson and contacted him regarding his warranty on his work. In the beginning he worked well with me, however, I later found out he had been misleading me and was not going to honor his warranty as stated. We attempted to work with Mr. Johnson but he refused to work with us or fix the improper installation.

We had to pay another contractor to fix the work done by Mr. Johnson's company in order to not lose the sale of our home. We tried to work with Mr. Johnson to replace the floor but he refused to work with us.

We have since attempted to contact Mr. Johnson to settle the matter but he is refusing to communicate or work with us.

I feel the public should be aware that Mr. Johnson refuses to communicate and we will be seeking legal action.
