Very disappointed with job!!
First we quoted a price which to install water pressure regulator and 2 tankless water heaters for our home the quote was to include everything as Eddie came to check and then quoted us. Originally he said he might have install gas line to one of the heaters (about 20 feet from the gas meter)
I negotiated the price with him $300 less than he quoted he said he will lower it by $200 but will not install the gas line.
We paid him upfront (big mistake) started the work supposedly going to take all day. 5 minutes before I get to the house Eddie call and says he finished the work and that one heater is not heating and that he has to come back and try to trouble shoot it and that it may require a gas line.
I said I was 5 minutes away to wait and he says he left already!!! He promised to come and trouble shoot sometime Friday we later agreed and changed the day to Tuesday the following week.

Got home only to find the digital display for both water heater are in the shed (not installed) and the water pressure was so low!The water barely comes out.

Called to ask why the displays are not installed as per installation guide, he claims there is no need for them to be installed and that he bypassed them so he doesn't drill whole in the walls (non sense go figure)
As the heaters he installed are smart heaters the digital displays designed to help us set the temp we desire and enable us to shut them on or off when going on vacation!

Late Monday night Eddie texted asking if we are on for the next day and that if the trouble is the gas line he will now charge an additional $750
I asked him to come and finish what he started to install the digital displays and trouble shoot the heater and that he should honor his bid for the job!
He refused to come and do that yet said that I'm difficult and that he doesn't need my business after I trusted him and paid him in full and in advance to do this project.

Terrible and I blame myself for paying him before completing the job.

I recommend to stay away and find yourself someone that has been in business for a while and has reputable references not someone that tries to milk and talk advantage of you when knowing where you live and the kind of car you drive... very bad business man

Not only did his work look great but he was very honest, clean, and professional. It is difficult to find a trustworthy plumber but I will definitely be using this company for my future needs in my new home.

I had Eddie from CH Plumbing out to my place, to check on a constantly backing up sink, that smelled so bad!! He was professional and extremely knowledgeable and got to the ""root"" of the issue with some of the most modern tools. He checked the main Sewer line with a cable fed camera. Which discover that a large root from a tree in my yard broke into the line and was the cause of all the problems. By fixing this problem, it solved all my headache and plumbing issues in my home.
