The water heater drain valve broke off. I called C&H at 8:10 and a technician and assistant were there in under 2 hours. Fixed it quickly. Polite guys. I didnt think the price was too bad.

Whenever you need your septic tank pumped it alway seems to be on a holiday weekend. Calling every place you can think of and leaving messages is annoying. But then you remember a friend had theirs pumped recently and you get a contact number from them.
Memorial Day weekend, first ring c&h picks up. Their on their way within an hour. To top it off the service technician would educate you on the filter your tank has and how it clogging up can cause you a massive problem. Once a year cleaning will keep you from frantically searching for a pump.
Amazingly friendly and understanding of your emergency needs.

I had the pleasure of finding C&H plumbing. They were responsive, courteous and willing to help us with out budget limits. They did an excellent job. The guys who helped us were military veterans and I love that. I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are the best out of anyone we found before they helped us with our budget constraints.

Worst experience dealing with this company. Their only saving grace for us was the plumber Chris, who was very nice and caring during this terrible experience.
In February, we had sewage back up into our house causing our down stairs to flood. C&H Plumbing came out, snaked the line and found roots in the pipe approx. 15 feet off our house. They stated the line was clear and we would be good for a few more months before we would possibly need to have the line replaced. 1 week later I am cleaning up sewage water off my basement floor, again. C&H plumbing came out, stating the pipe had collapsed and 30 ft needed to be replaced... We were never shown proof by camera or seeing the actual pipe to show this was the cause. We went ahead and took their word, they came out and replaced the 30 ft pipe out in the yard. After paying a good chunk of change we thought we would be clear.... NOPE. 1 week later I have sewage water on my basement floor, yet again. A C&H Plumber came out and camera'd the line from the newly replaced pipe back to our house. It appeared that something was lodged in the pipe. He thought he broke it up with his snake so all was good.
2 months later after my basement was completely torn apart and drywall had just been replaced we had sewage water on the floor again, ruining the drywall that was placed the day prior! This happened on a Friday evening and thinking that we have a 1 year warranty on the work they had done that it would not be an issue having them come out to diagnose/fix it.
The receptionist Penny has been a nightmare to deal with this entire time. She told us it would be $600-$700 to have a plumber come out that evening since it was after hours and that she does not have any appointments available until Monday. Mind you, it is Friday when this occurs and I cannot even flush a toilet without water back flowing. My husband then calls her and she completely changes the story, stating it is not the work that they did but it is the copper/galvanized piping inside of our walls that has caused this to occur. Which is a complete lie, we do not have galvanized pipes in our house and the backup is coming from the exact location it has this entire time.
I ended up calling out a different plumber which showed up Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem. If I was going to pay for someone to come out I'd rather get a new set of eyes on it. They diagnosed it immediately and was at my house by Monday pulling out what was a sewage back flow flap which was the exact same image on C&H's camera 1 week after the pipe was replaced.
Our warranty company paid a small portion to have the 30 ft pipe replaced but getting a detailed invoice from Penny to get paid from the warranty company was a fight. It took 6 weeks because Penny kept telling me that they do not do detailed invoices.
Not once during this experience did the owner reach out to us to make things right even though I had asked to speak with him and Penny refused.
Seriously, save yourself the hassle and find a plumber that guarantees their work.

NEVER AGAIN - Multiple patchwork repairs on two short runs of very accessible burst copper pipe. PEX fittings they installed leak. I could have completely repiped this simple system myself for a lot less than the $600+ I doled out.

Chris was great! Called to make an appointment on Monday he was out Tuesday to look at, assess and actually repair a leak that was under our slab. Thankfully he didn't have to go thru the slab but rerouted the plumbing and capped off the bad line, super easy, super quick and very fair price. Recommend these guys to anyone in Snowflake/Taylor.

No stars I called them Saturday the 7th I had a conversation with the scheduling person I told them they had been referred by a plumber from the area The plumber was out of his depth and he said this was the best company on the mountain So the appointment time on Monday and they were 45 minutes late The technician despite being told exactly what was needed he arrived without any tools to do the job. So that technician called the office to reschedule for 9/11 at 10 am. The technician arrived at 1:30 pm They proceed to duplicate the same work the plumber did Saturday only to pronounce the drain was blocked they'd have to chip it out at a minimum of $1750 replace the pipe and then they leave the hole in the floor. All this would be done next Saturday Now they assured me the trip charges would be all wrapped in. So I have 8 hours of trip charges now with another 4 hours for Saturday. They couldn't do it and they've been here twice why would I want them back. So I called the owner he did not call back. So I'm not inclined to recommend them for anything

Super friendly and helpful. Fast and on time. Would recommend to anyone in the area. Not sure on pricing as we have a rental but it seemed reasonable.

They did an excellent job replacing our tankless hot water heater. They took the time to talk to our home warranty company about what type of hot water heater was going to go in, so we could have the covered under our home warranty. They are very professional company. Have used them for septic work as well. I highly recommend them.
