Our family has used Chris for his plumbing services for years and is always very happy with his service. We're first time homeowners and had a leak in our floors; so they told us to call Chris at CGS. Thought it was a slab leak for sure but Chris and his assistant Zach came over same day, did a bunch of checks, and determined it was actually a pipe in our wall. They were fast, efficient, kind, fair, and neat & clean. They replaced the pipe same day as well! I'm so happy we have our go-to plumber now. Thank you guys!!!

HORRIBLE service! I was nothing but polite when trying to schedule an appointment. The gal on the phone (whom I believe is the owner's wife), decided to go crazy after I decided to not use them. Read for yourself!

I never post on here. But this is definitely noteworthy. I'll stop being so ""Whiny"" now and pick up my ""F***in balls"" and just call one of the other 1000+ plumbers in the area. Great family business...

This is the only company i called that gave me a quote over the phone! All the other companies would not give a price. Broc came by in a jiffy and it was after 3 pm when i called! He is very efficient and pleasant! The price was very reasonable! I highly recommend this company!

I'm writing this review for my client who is a senior and not familiar with yelp but wanted to leave a good review. Chris and another gentleman were here and did a fabulous job. My client Marilyn had a problem with her 20 year old water heaters and obviously needed new ones. Chris and partner had 2 new ones in running with the area nice and clean in under 21/2 hours. That's including running to go get two lore u it's. A huge thank you.

I had a mainline sewer collapse due the age of my cast iron pipes finally breaking down no longer able to drain properly. Chris and team tried to fix the line but was broken in other places. After chatting with Chris, not only made some recommendations on how to fix the line but improve performance. Unfortunately, I thought pricing was rather high. Chris suggested I shop around with other businesses and see how they would solve the problem and get pricing. I finally came back to Chris because he was highly recommended by others in the industry and I liked his work ethic. He took time to address ALL my questions and concerns. Once the job was started it didn't end until it was complete. A very impressive and professional business CGS Plumbing is I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I rent a house in Costa Mesa. Our toilets and showers back up and are draining onto our front lawn. I call three plumbers, to snake the drain. Not one of the three (big name plumbers) even get a snake off the truck. They quote me anywhere from 3500 to 5000 dollars. So my boss gives me the number to CGS I call them they showed up in 25 mins!!!! Went on the roof and snaked the drain. Charged way less than I planned on paying. And informed me the other plumbers diagnosis was correct. But their quote was way too high to install a main clean out. I would recommend them to everyone I know. It literally took them 15 mins. To fix something 3 other plumbers wouldn't even try. I don't want to tell you what they charged only because I believe they sold them selves way short. I honestly believe they could charge more and still be more than fair.

I have use these guys for years, ironically my previous plumber referred me to them. Chris and his crew are the best. I have worked with them for about 4 years.

Broc is the man. I call him the helper because he was much younger when he started helping with my properties. He has been doing this for 8 years with Chris who has been doing this a lifetime . If Broc shows up you are in trusted hands. He is fast, personable and efficient. I am amazed how fast he can work to get the job done and still be in a conversation giving helpful advice along the way. Chris is awesome as well he trains his people right!

With my previous plumber he would have to come once a year to clean my drain lines. Each time CGS comes they have never been back to the same property twice. These guys do it right the first time!!!!!

Don't wast your time going anywhere else. Broc (and Chris) at CGS are your the one to go to and you can trust. They are not always the least expensive, however their prices are fair and you will save in the long run ad the job will be done right and fast, the first time.

I can't say enough about Chris and CGS Plumbing. After Christmas Eve dinner we had a main line sewer blockage and the downstairs toilet started to puke onto the floor and into the hallway. Keep in mind that we also were hosting Christmas breakfast the next morning! What's a guy to do!?! With my wife looking at me in dismay, our downstairs starting to flood, and all the spare towels on the floor, I picked up my phone and looked on Yelp for a local plumber that might be interested in trading his evening as his family's Santa Claus with cookies for a chance to to come root out my sewer line with poo water. Within an hour, the owner personally came to the house and in about 30-min had us back up and running again. I was expecting a $500 bill and a ruined Christmas, but what I got was quick, exceptional service and a reasonable price that didn't break the bank (even though it was 10pm on Christmas Eve). Chris was our Santa this year, because he fixed the problem and saved Christmas. He even gave me some advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. Nothing but 5 stars to CGS, while we hope we never need to use a plumber again, in a 55 year old house, we now know who our go-to is in the future. BTW it was roots. Always the damned roots!!!
