Bill S.A crook is an understatement. Cody took $6,500.00 from us and never completed the job. He started the job in the summer of 2020 and never returned - but kept the $6,500.00 we h=gave him. He kept texting us saying he was coming back, but of course, he never did. We filed a Complaint with the PA Attorney General's Office, which is pending. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK.
