This is a good honest plumbing company. It's a small team but they are very helpful even if you just ask for advice and not service. They have the standard hourly rate, but will make the most of it. If your first job was easy they will ask to look at other items so you feel the money spent is well worth it. Highly recommended!

I been working with DWV Plumbing for ten years with my commercial property and my own residential property. I would high recommend David for any plumbing needs. David was there when we had a house leak and he came on a Sunday to save the day from the house being flooded. He definitely knows what he is doing and charges a fair and reasonable price for his services. Again, I would highly recommend David.

I was having having an issue with my shower leaking from the upstairs bathroom. I tried doing some stuff as suggested by a neighbor with the same issue and ended up damaging a little of the shower drain. So i called in a professional. Dave came in and looked at it. he did acknowledge that I messed up the drain base. He gave me 2 options. he said he could fix it for $500.00 or i could replace the shower for $3500.00. Obviously i chose the first option. He told me what he would do to fix it. so a few weeks passed and I scheduled for him to come out and fix it. I was at work and my wife was at home. He does the work and then before he hands her an invoice he proceeds to tell my wife that he cant guarantee the work and that it could technically leak again tomorrow. and he isnt responsible. Then hands her an invoice for 500.00 bucks and wrote on there that there is no warranty and that he cant guarantee his work because of the condition of the shower. my wife was not happy. She said why did you even bother fixing it then? She said a few other things, but basically his response was that your husband knew of the options and he kept going on and on that I damaged the shower drain. Thats fine and dandy, yes i did damage the drain and yes he did go over my options with me. Not one time..I repeat..not one time in any of our conversations did he tell me that it could possibly leak the next day nor did he tell me that he couldn't guarantee any of the work. He simply said he would fix it. I called him and said the same thing. he basically just kept saying i knew the options and I chose to fix it. Who in their right mind would pay $500.00 dollars to fix something that may only last a day?? he said its possible it could last a while. but then its possible it could leak again the same day. He knew i was furious with him. he later had someone call me to pay the invoice. I told her I was very unhappy. She just apologized for the confusion. but she wanted that 500.00 dollars. So as I am a man of my word, i went ahead and paid. I even emailed him a response telling him I was going to leave him a negative review but possibly giving a chance for a resolve. He never even responded to me. Collected my money and that was that. I feel he was dishonest. Why did he not tell me that it could leak the same day and he couldn't guarantee his work? Why wait until he was completely done with the job? had he told me that, i would of said no thanks to the fix and just saved up to replace the shower. I feel like i just threw $500.00 dollars away. That is no way to treat a customer. i hope it was worth it for him. he lost a customer and got himself a bad review. Im sure he will respond and say he told me my options. Guess he picks and chooses what to tell you. I will not do business with this guy again. Very unhappy!! Chad Smith

They called me back and got me in for the afternoon. My wife who doesn't really deal with the house repair stuff was very happy David explained things to her and did excellent work. They even came in a little less the projected over the phone estimate which made me very happy. Military friendly! They just got added to speed dial!

This company is top notch! It is the second time I have used David. The first time was a major water line relocate in our kitchen. The second time was for a toilet repair. They are quick to respond, arrive on time, professional, trustworthy and efficient. Their prices are certainly fair. I will continue to keep their business card and call them when needed. Why call anyone else?
