The pilot light in my water heater would not stay lit. I called a few plumbers and Chris was the first to come out within the hour. Not only was he able to figure out and fix the problem very quickly, but he was very professional and had an apprentice with him that was also very professional. Great work by Chris the owner of C G Plumbing. He installed a new water heater for my mom (sorry didn't take a picture) and we took care of all the details over the phone since I don't live in the same town as my mother.

He was professional and very respectful to my mom which I really appreciate. She is hard of hearing and he took his time with her so she understood what all he had to do.

Our main water line from the street to our home broken and was flooding our neighbor's property. Of course this happened on a weekend where it's hard to find someone to come and do a repair. That wasn't the case with Chris and C G Plumbing. Chris was very quick to respond and refreshingly transparent. He assessed the issue quickly and navigated the issue to help us not overspend on the repair. He had us with running water again quicker than anyone else out there would've. And on top of that, when he walked me through the finished repair, it was impossible to tell that there had ever been an issue. This was huge because I thought we were definitely going to need to pay for some landscaping on my neighbor's property. That wasn't the case with how Chris restored the entire area. I greatly appreciate the work Chris did and will definitely call C G Plumbing first for our next plumbing needs.

Called to see if they could assist in repair of a tankless water heater. The person answering told me I had to call the Manufacturer to have them send me the part. How is a manufacturer going to tell me over the phone what is wrong with my unit.
By calling the manufacturer I was at least able to get a local company with a trained technician. Unfortunately have to wait a week for hot water. Based upon this experience would not do biz with CG.
Response to vendor comment: first you corrected me with how I pronounced Navien. In your response there was no explanation of saving money, there was no conversation about not being able to provide service. Just so you know Navien has no diagnostic team. And the gentleman from Navien was able to give me information on my account warranties but was puzzled as to why I would be calling.
