First time using this company, referred by our last plumbing company who discontinued dealing with tankless water heaters.
Had some error code situations, and being new at the tankless water heater thing, thought it best to get with the pros.
Jesse came out (great guy by the way, super polite & professional) and took to it in short time. Diagnosed our needs, explained everything fully & understandably, even for me.
Got us squared away relatively quickly, left not a trace behind, and was off like the masked ranger.
So pleased in all the results, from the initial setting up of the service appointment to the finish. We have a new trusted plumber and couldn't be happier. Thanks so very much ... highly recommend !

I'm so happy to have been referred to CG Plumbing! I had a toilet, turns out it was actually two toilets, one upstairs and one downstairs that were intermittently making a very high pitched noise after being flushed. The Plumbers came and in very quick order analyzed and fixed the problem that had been driving me crazy for weeks!

However, the really great thing is that CG Plumbing is a local, family owned business, and the Plumber Dayton had an apprentice with him, a very nice young man named Joey. Dayton not only diagnosed the problem but he carefully explained the problem to Joey as he supervised and demonstrated every step of the repair for Joey. It was not only a joy to have a toilet that is now silent, but it was wonderful to watch as the next generation of technicians is being carefully and thoughtfully trained.

On 5-25-24 my regular plumber showed up to fix a copper pipe leak but was unable to help me due to the need for some specialized equipment. He immediately forwarded my information on to Chris at CG Plumbing and told me not to worry because I was in good hands. Since it was a holiday weekend I didn't expect to hear back so quickly but Chris called right back and said he had someone available to come out on Memorial Day. Unfortunately I already had plans that day, and the next, so he sent Dayton out the following day. Dayton called me that morning to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very thorough and took the time to carefully assess the situation before he came up with a plan. The leak was located in an area where several pipes (gas, sewer and water lines) converged within a small space. Dayton was able to rearrange the copper piping to have far less turns; therefore, less resistant flow of the water. I was so happy with the nice clean look of it all. When my regular plumber returned the following week, he said Dayton had done a great job and he did it for a price close to what my regular plumber told me to expect! While cleaning up after the copper repair, Dayton happened to see a small leak coming from one of my sewer lines. He asked me what year the house was built and then informed me there was a massive recall on ABS pipe that was used in homes built between 1984 and 1991. Anywhere one of these pipes has a connector will make it susceptible to developing a leak. He recommended replacing that section of ABS and then proceeded to check the other connections and showed me one more that was starting to develop calcification. He said no need to replace it now but I should keep an eye on it. I greatly appreciated Dayton's knowledge, honesty and quality of workmanship. Thank you Chris and Dayton for the excellent service! I won't hesitate to use you guys again!

We called CG Plumbing this morning because we had a leak under our kitchen sink. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to come out so quickly - same day! I was also very pleased that Dayton reached out to give us ETA updates which really helped. Both Dayton and Joey were great in spotting the leak and fixing it quickly. I honestly didn't think we'd get this fixed so quickly. I would definitely refer this business and will use them again!

We called CG Plumbing to install a gas line in our new home for our dryer. Dayton was able to come the same day and did a very professional installation. His workmanship is beautiful. He also took care of adding the gas connection to our dryer. We liked working with Dayton so much that we asked him to return next week to install a whole house automatic water shutoff.

I had a leak on my side of the water meter and the city said I had to fix it myself. I called CG plumbing and Chris was able to come out the same day. He was super easy to work with, did an amazing job, and at the end did a nice inspection of some plumbing going into my house and offered some advice on how to fix some issues in a very non-pressure way. Overall, super happy with this company, will definitely use them again!

Needed emergency service one night as water was leaking from my kitchen ceiling. Chris was only one of 2 plumbers who even responded when I reached out that night. He promptly sent one of his team who worked diligently, found and repaired the water leak, and offered additional information and guidance for the issue.

CG Plumbing is definitely your ""go to"" plumber. They understand urgency, good work, follow up and are super ethical, not to mention, they are pleasant to work with... overall nice guys! Highly recommend!

This is our second time using CG plumbing and we are very satisfied. Both times they've come out have been same day and have gotten the job done extremely prompt and well done.
The first time Chris came out to fix a valve and today was Dayton coming to replace our broken garbage disposal. Both Chris & Dayton were informative, kind, friendly and easy to communicate with.

What a great find! We discovered that one of our waste lines under the house was ""weeping"" at a joint and called our usual plumber to come out and give us an estimate. It was pretty expensive and entailed addressing more than we had originally thought we'd need. Because we wanted to be sure about what was going on, we decided to get another opinion and called CG. Chris was great and got a crew out to us the very next day, first thing.
Dayton came out precisely when he said he would. He looked under the house and confirmed what the first plumber had said. He agreed he could address that problem for about the same cost as the first plumber quoted. But he pointed out that the waste lines under the house were not well planned--with many more turns, angles, and joints than it should have (or needed), that the lines were not strapped and supported where they were supposed to be, and that several other junctures were already beginning to fail. It was clear that he wasn't trying to ""upsell"" us, just telling us that fixing this one issue was not going to be the end of our problems. He quoted us a very reasonable price to fix everything--and guarantee it. I am of the school that says do it right the first time. We had dodged a bullet so far, and we didn't want to press our luck, so we agreed to do the entire thing.
We scheduled for the following week, but as it turns out CG was able to get right on the job that very day. Communication was outstanding. Dayton made sure we knew exactly what was going on; he and his crew worked efficiently for the next day and a half, and when they were finished everything was immeasurably improved. No more leaks, a much more sane undercarriage where waste water can flow unimpeded, and work that is guaranteed. The entire thing went about as smoothly as a job like this can go; Dayton and his crew did everything they could to minimize any inconvenience, and in the end saved us thousands of dollars by helping us to avoid a patchwork approach to addressing our problem.
This is a company that clearly cares about the quality of its work and its customer relations--a bit of a rarity these days. We are very pleased; CG are our new plumbers of choice: professional, courteous, and skilled. A great combination. We are so glad we called for that second opinion!
