Carl G.He had the job, he just needed to write up a quote, get the parts and come back. Instead, he demanded a $75 ""call fee"" and got nothing but a bad review.
I called Cesar to take a look at a leak at my recently purchased home. We arranged the date and time and he showed up. After taking a look, he explained how he would address the problem. I told him I would hire him to do the job, but needed a quote. He then told me I owed him $75 for the visit. We NEVER DISCUSSED a ""fee"" to diagnose the problem. There are plenty of ""free quote"" plumbers out there. I have never encountered this type of unprofessionalism by a contractor. He left with a laugh & later refused to send a quote.
Patrick S.Other plumbers charge twice as much to do the same work or they charge a case of beer and do a crap job. Cesar shows up on time and sticks to his quote. He respects veterans and will do the job correctly. An example that others should follow and my best experience with hiring a plumber. I had a hot water line break and he showed up on a overcast day and fixed it for $80. He came back again to connect hot water pipes to my sink quoted and charged $150. Other places will charge you over $300 for the same work. I recommend CG plumbing!
